Searching for true all-inclusive hotels in St. Croix isn’t easy, as this place is the only one on the island. That being said, our stay at this special place was nothing short of spectacular. All of our meals, drinks, and entertainment were included in the price.
All-Inclusive Island Escape
Carina Bay Resort & Casino isn’t only an all-inclusive hotel, but it’s also adults-only. In fact, it’s the only hotel in St. Croix with that combination. Set on the island’s quiet east end, this hotel offers travelers nothing but the very best. With every meal, drink, and activity already included, we were finally able to have that carefree vacation we’d been dreaming of for quite a while.
The setting is picture-perfect. Think soft sand, calm turquoise water, and just enough energy to keep things interesting. Some mornings we would sip cocktails by the freshwater pools, other times we would rally on the pickleball courts, or try our luck in the on-site casino, which quickly became our favorite nighttime hangout. That’s not all, as kayaking, paddleboarding, and volleyball were also waiting for us after we returned from a day trip to the bioluminescent lagoon.
Bright Room and Beach View
Carina Bay Resort & Casino has undergone a complete makeover, and we could easily tell. Our Ocean Beachfront King room was bright and airy, just as we expected, and every corner was spotless and well-maintained. We could even catch a faint scent of sea salt in the air! Every morning, we woke to the sound of waves. After freshening up, we would grab a cup from the in-room espresso machine and take in the view from our private balcony. It was the best view we could’ve asked for. Of course, we also loved the cool air conditioning, the comfy king bed, the sleek bathroom, and the beachy touches that made our room feel more enjoyable.

Dining at Carina Bay
Being all-inclusive, dining at Carina Bay Resort & Casino was extremely effortless. We liked that there were different options depending on our mood, whether we wanted something laid-back or a more sit-down dinner experience.
Our favorite meal was at Tuscany Ristorante Italiano, the resort’s main restaurant that’s open on select nights. It’s a nice spot with ocean views. Although the atmosphere leaned toward relaxed, everyone still dressed nicely. We made a reservation and ordered the Catch of the Day, which came with rice and veggies. Simple, fresh, and really well prepared. It was definitely worth planning for one of your evenings.
For something more casual, Oceans Bar & Grill was our go-to during the day. It’s right by the main pool, so we could grab lunch or snacks without leaving our lounge chairs. The menu has a mix of American-style favorites like burgers, wraps, and salads. Plus, there are daily drink specials that keep things interesting!

While The Buccaneer Beach & Golf Resort isn’t fully all-inclusive, it still offers a number of perks you’ll love, which include daily full buffet breakfast, welcome rum punch at check-in, use of beach and snorkel gear, and more. On top of that, this gay-friendly hotel in St. Croix has everything. During our stay, we took full advantage of the three private beaches, golf, pools, and water sports. We booked the Ocean View King Room, and we loved having a private balcony overlooking the ocean. Not to mention, the hotel is just a quick drive from Christiansted, so we could explore town but still come back to peace and quiet.

Carambola Beach Resort
There’s also Carambola Beach Resort, which offers packages where breakfast and dinner are included. This hotel sits right on the beach, so it was easy for us to walk straight from our room to the water. But even when we didn’t go to the beach, we still had a lot to do as the property has a nice pool, a modern fitness center, a restaurant, and a bar. We booked the Junior King Suite, and it was flawless. We even had our own private entrance and living area. This is such an amazing place for travelers wanting a high-quality experience with some meals covered.

Tamarind Reef Resort Spa & Marina
If you want the great amenities of the best all-inclusive stays in St Croix, you won’t be disappointed by Tamarind Reef Resort Spa & Marina. During our stay, we were constantly hopping between the outdoor swimming pool, the private beach, and the tennis court. We also loved spoiling ourselves at the spa center. The facial and massage were divine, especially after spending a whole day in the sun. It’s also a great base for exploring, as Buck Island Reef is just a short trip away. A tip from us: book the Deluxe King Studio on the ground floor. It made accessing the beach much easier, and it features a private patio, a cocktail table, and basic kitchenware.

Where to Stay in St. Croix
Christiansted is the most popular area to stay in St. Croix and a great choice for first-time visitors. It’s the island’s main town and offers a balance of convenience, culture, and coastal charm. The waterfront is lined with restaurants, boutique hotels, and historic sites like Fort Christiansvaern, and you can easily book excursions to Buck Island or go snorkeling and diving nearby.
On the quieter west end of the island, Frederiksted offers a more relaxed and authentic atmosphere. It’s known for calm, swimmable beaches, excellent snorkeling and diving, and some of the island’s best sunsets. Although it’s where cruise ships dock, the town remains peaceful outside of ship days, with a friendly, local vibe.
The East End is St. Croix’s most scenic and secluded region, ideal for travelers looking for a resort-style getaway.
