When we planned our recent trip to Oklahoma City, we were looking for something that was both comfortable and convenient. After reading a few solid reviews and seeing that it had just been renovated, it only made sense for us to choose the SpringHill Suites Marriott Quail Springs. Once we arrived, we could tell this wasn’t just another cookie-cutter hotel. It felt fresh, modern, and welcoming instead of overly fancy or stiff. Honestly, we weren’t expecting to enjoy the stay as much as we did, but this place kind of surprised us in the best way. It doesn’t matter whether you’re here for a quick business trip or just a laid-back weekend, as this spot makes it easy to settle in. Here’s how our stay went!

Where It’s At
SpringHill Suites by Marriott Oklahoma City Quail Springs has definitely nailed it when it comes to location. Tucked away in a quiet area just minutes from Mercy Hospital, the Center for Women’s Health, and the Oklahoma Spine Hospital, it was ideal for anyone with medical visits or business in that area. We also noticed several major corporate offices nearby, like Loves, Hertz, and IBC, which makes it a solid pick for work trips, too.
On the fun side, we were spoiled for choice. We were only a short drive from Top Golf, Frontier City, and Lake Hefner, plus shopping at Quail Springs Mall. If you’re into sports, there’s everything from golf courses to soccer clubs to check out. We appreciated how easy it was to switch between work mode and play, all without driving too far.

Room to Relax
For our stay at SpringHill Suites Quail Springs, we decided to splurge a little and booked the Executive Suite instead of the regular Studio. It was spacious—434 sq ft to be exact—which gave us plenty of room to relax. The suite had two double beds, a comfy sofa bed, and tons of extras: a mini fridge, a microwave, and even a coffee maker, which we used a lot more than expected!
Furthermore, the free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and it was nice to have both wireless and wired options. The separate sitting area also gave it that apartment-like vibe, making it feel more like a mini home than just a hotel room. We honestly loved having that extra space.

Perks & Play
One of our favorite things about SpringHill Suites? The 24/7 fitness center! It was spotless and had all the essentials: treadmills, free weights, and other updated machines. Even late at night, it felt safe and clean, which isn’t always the case at hotel gyms.
The outdoor pool was another highlight. Open daily from 10 AM to 10 PM, it was our favorite way to unwind in the evening. Towels were always available, and the area was well-maintained. No soggy pool vibes here! It definitely made us feel like we were in a resort.

Delicious Morning Fuel
Springhill Suites Oklahoma City Quail Springs had endless ways to surprise us. The breakfast was way better than we expected for a free hotel spread! The room was big and handled the morning crowd like a champ. Despite the hustle and bustle, the staff managed to keep everything stocked and the area clean. Big thumbs up for that!
Also, can we talk about the cheddar biscuit sandwich? It was to die for; we actually looked forward to waking up for breakfast. And if you’re in the mood to explore, there are some great restaurants just a short walk away. Total win.
“Way better than we expected! The breakfast was fantastic, and the cheddar biscuit sandwich alone is worth the stay!”

Venue for Small Events
If you’re planning a small event or meeting, SpringHill Suites has you covered. There are two event rooms, and the larger one fits up to 50 people comfortably. We didn’t book an event, but we peeked inside, and the setup looked perfect for business meetings or private gatherings.
In addition to the standard amenities, each space comes equipped with modern AV gear, making it ideal for presentations or hybrid meetings. It’s a great bonus if you’re hosting something but want to avoid big hotel ballroom prices.
