Tucked just 6 miles from the airport, the hotel offered the perfect location for our quick getaway, with easy access to Gateway Park and even a short drive to the Alabama Safari Park.
We booked the King Suite, and honestly, it was better than we expected. The room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully laid out. One thing that really stood out was the sofa, as it was way more comfortable than most hotel couches we’ve encountered. Having a mini-fridge and microwave in the room made a big difference too. We appreciated those little additions.
The hotel also included free parking and breakfast, which made our mornings a lot less stressful. We didn’t get a chance to try out the outdoor pool since it was early spring and still a bit chilly, but it can be a great spot to hang out when the weather warms up.
