Sari Pacific Jakarta

Our first pick is the Sari Pacific Jakarta, an iconic landmark in Jakarta that has been around since the 1970s. The location on Thamrin Road was very convenient for us. Places like Plaza Indonesia, the National Monument, and Grand Indonesia were just minutes away. It made exploring the city incredibly easy.
We were highly impressed with our suite. Honestly, it exceeded our expectations. The room was bright, modern, and spacious, and having a separate living area was a real plus. But the absolute highlight was the enormous private balcony. It was such a treat to have that extra space to relax and enjoy the city views.
Furthermore, we also appreciated the hotel’s facilities. We not only indulged in a spa treatment but also worked out at the 24/7 fitness center. Breakfast at Fiesta Restaurant was a great start to the day, with a wide variety of both Indonesian and international dishes on the buffet.

ARTOTEL Thamrin Jakarta

ARTOTEL Thamrin Jakarta isn’t your average boutique hotel. It’s a vibrant explosion of art and culture right in the center of Jakarta. Forget boring walls, as this 3-star gem uses murals as a canvas to tell its story. You’ll find these captivating artworks everywhere, even gracing the walls of your room.
We settled into Studio 40, and it felt more like a chic studio apartment than a hotel room. The space was perfectly designed, and the artistic murals added a touch of homey charm. Having a separate living area was a game-changer, allowing us to relax with our street food finds and map out our Jakarta adventures.
To truly experience the city, we hopped on the hotel’s rental bikes and explored the neighborhood. For destinations further afield, the nearby Gambir train station is a convenient hub. And when you’re ready to unwind, the rooftop bar offers the perfect spot to sip on a cocktail and soak in the city views.
