Brickell City Centre is just a few blocks away, and we ended up there almost every day for either coffee, a quick bite, or some retail therapy. And if you’re up for a sunset walk, head toward the bay. It’s an easy stroll, and there are plenty of cool bars and lounges along the way.
We felt perfectly safe walking around, even at night, and the convenience was unbeatable. South Beach is just under 4 miles away, so you’re never far from that classic Miami vibe if you want a change of pace. Also, fun fact we learned while checking in: this was the first JW Marriott opened outside of Washington, DC. Pretty cool, right?
