Start the day with a fabulous breakfast at the Sanctuary Hotel’s on-site restaurant. America and buffets are the two regular menus that are usually served here. Craving for something else? The hotel is also very close to Macy’s, one of the big Apple shopping flagships that shouldn’t be missed. Especially if you are looking for some world-famous brands!
As you’d expect from one of the best hotels in Time Square in New York, the rooms at the AC Hotel offer top-notch amenities. Air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a fridge, and a coffee maker are all provided. Likewise, the private bathroom, bathrobes, and hairdryer. The hotel decor makes the rooms here look simple yet modern. But what we liked best, almost all of them feature floor-to-ceiling windows with an unbelievably gorgeous view of the NYC skyscrapers.
A continental breakfast is available each morning at the on-site restaurant. Sadly, we couldn’t find information on whether they provide vegan, vegetarian, or gluten-free food here. Meanwhile, for those of you who need some snacks or soft drinks, there’s a vending machine near the hotel business center.
Madison Square Garden is a must on your to-do list when in New York. And you’ll be glad to know that this world-famous venue is less than half a mile away from the hotel. Some of the other must-see sights nearby include the Empire State Building, Rockefeller Center, and Central Park. If you don’t mind taking a long trip, the Statue of Liberty can be reached approximately an hour by local bus.
OYO Times Square
If you want to see the best of Times Square, this is one of the best places to visit. Rated three-star, OYO Times Square is literally just a stone’s throw from one of NYC’s major commercial intersections. In other words, you only step away from some of the best entertainment centers and tourist destinations in town!
Even though it’s not the most luxurious in the Big Apple, you can expect some great nights while staying at OYO Times Square. In addition, you’ll also get a smart TV and free Wi-Fi access. With all of this, we wouldn’t mind staying here all day!
For daily breakfast, the hotel provides a buffet and continental menus in the dining area. But like most hotels in Time Square in New York, The Time also has a magnificent on-site restaurant. At Serafina, you can find some Italian menus with a surprising bit of a modern twist that’s simply brilliant. Meanwhile, for a quiet evening accompanied by great cocktails, you can head straight to LeGrande Lounge.
Of the top destinations around, we highly recommend the Empire State Building. Yes, the very place where they shot down King Kong! Head to the main deck on the 86th floor, as the first light creeps across the city and watch how a city that never sleeps awaken.
LUMA Hotel – Times Square
Have a great time while you stay at LUMA Hotels Times Square. This is one of New York’s newest boutique hotels, which is so bright, innovative, and inviting. Its strategic location makes LUMA a great base for exploring the center of action in NYC. You’ll be surprised to find that this hotel is only a stone’s throw to Bryant Park and steps to Times Square!
And don’t get us started on the rooms at LUMA. As with most hotels on Time Square in New York, everything is brilliantly decorated. Feel a touch of luxury while you rest at night, thanks to the Italian Frette bed linens. Embrace a hip and energized atmosphere with contemporary design details and luminescent wall art. Another highlight is the view. Enjoy the gorgeous NYC skyline from the hotel’s paramount floor, along with the busy city streets and green parks below!
The dining experience that LUMA offers is no less unique. They have an on-site dining venue called Ortzi Restaurant and Bar. Here, you can taste some exotic dishes inspired by Basque cuisine in northeast Spain and southwestern France. Admire how skillfully their chefs prepare everything, as this spacious eatery features an open kitchen with a wood-burning oven.
Once you’re done with your meal, it’s time to get out there and have fun! For hours of exciting shopping, head straight to Macy’s. It’s one of the most prominent malls in New York which is less than half a mile from the hotel. For great views of the city from above the clouds, head to the Empire State Building. And have a holiday experience like no other, as you sit back on their rooftop hives sipping cocktails sweetened with honey.
Featuring a sleek design, the rooms at the InterContinental Times Square Hotel are like a sanctuary in the middle of energetic New York. Enjoy dramatic views of the Big Apple skyline through the floor-to-ceiling windows. For amenities, you won’t get less than a flat-screen TV, spacious workspace, spa-inspired bathroom, coffee maker, minibar, and hairdryer. And as with most hotels on Time Square in New York, there is wireless internet access available free of charge.
An evening spent at the Stinger Cocktail Bar and Kitchen is also highly recommended. Headed by Chef Todd English, this dining establishment provides a wide selection of wines, beers, and cocktails, as well as several other dishes.
One more thing we like about the InterContinental is the ease of access to public transportation. The nearest underground station is only 100 feet away from here. From there, you can easily reach some of New York’s must-see sights, including Times Square, Madison Square Garden, and the Museum of Modern Art. And don’t forget to stop by 30 Rockefeller Center. Head to the 70th floor and enjoy incredible 360-degree views of New York from their Top of the Rock Observation Deck.
Millennium Times Square New York
Discover the Times Square’s charm in ways never before imagined, as Millennium Times Square New York sits 16 floors above the city’s major entertainment intersection. Enjoy some of the best stories ever told at Broadway’s Hudson Theater, which is literally right next door. Millenium even has a dedicated table to serve your ticket-buying needs. It’s also great as a starting point for exploring the Big Apple since some subway lines are only a block apart.

Named after Singapore’s legendary shopping street, this dining venue offers a variety of Singaporean, Malaysian, and Chinese delights. They also serve a full American breakfast along with some classics like eggs benedict. Yummy!
Despite all the luxury and comfort that the Millennium has to offer, we won’t waste much time lingering inside to outside right away. That’s because there’s so much to experience around here! The stunning Madame Tussauds of New York just steps away, as are Bryant Park and The Majestic Theater. For art enthusiasts, a visit to the Metropolitan Museum of Art aka The Met is a must. About two miles from the hotel, this is one of the world’s largest and finest art museums, with more than two million impressive collections.

Cassa Hotel NY 45th Street

As you would expect from a four-star hotel, all the rooms at the Cassa Hotel NY 45th Street are fully furnished and decorated in elegant colors. The amenities provided include a private bathroom, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV. For those who need to stay productive during the holidays, the hotel presents a work desk. Can’t start a day without a caffeine shot? Don’t worry because there is also a coffee maker. For breakfast, you don’t need to look far because there’s Butter Restaurant. Supervised directly by executive chef Alex Guarnaschelli, here you can find seasonal menus made from the freshest and finest local ingredients. - Le Bernardin – Visiting this three-star Michelin restaurant is like getting a complete package. The interior is awe-inspiring by acclaimed artist Ran Ortner, while the brilliant dishes here are the work of one and only celebrity chef Eric Ripert. Don’t be fooled by its simple appearance, since the taste is often beyond imagination!
- O Ya – Nowhere else in New York serves oriental dishes, especially sushi, as good as here. We fell in love with the fish. So soft, it instantly melts in your mouth like butter! But we recommend checking their menu first because it’s quite pricey here.
- Totto Ramen – If you’re craving for ramen in NYC, this is the place to be. Their ramen deserves a two thumbs up! Our recommendation is the miso ramen served with fermented soybean paste, egg, scallion, bean sprouts, onions, and chili paste. Arrive early or book ahead if you don’t want to wait in long lines.
