Only 3 stories are above the ground, and the rest is being built into an abandoned quarry in Songjiang.

Furthest west of Lofoten in Moskenes, will sit an 11,000-square-metre building that will include the Lofoten Opera Hotel. Imagined by architecture firm Snøhetta, the hotel will be located at the top end of the curved body building. the low-rise structure will be placed on an outlying site in Slapen flanked by a mountain range. It will loop a central courtyard and offer spectacular views out across the sea to the south and west.
City of Dreams Hotel Tower, Macau

Melco Crown Entertainment, a developer and owner of casino gaming and entertainment resort facilities in Asia, has unveiled the project details and design of the fifth hotel tower at City of Dreams, the company’s flagship property in Cotai, Macau. The Deep Pit Ice and Snow World resort is located in near the city of Changsha in China. The project combines an Entertainment Ice World with an Indoor Ski Slope, a Water Park and supporting restaurant and shopping facilities with a total gross floor area of 120,000m². As well as the curvaceous structures, the resort will also boast a 61 meter (200 ft) waterfall, which empties into a quarry below.
