There are dozens of things we have to prepare when going on a vacation to Orlando with a large group. One of the main concerns we had was finding a place that accommodated everyone. It was then that we thought, why limit our stay options to a hotel when we could be with the entire group in one of the top villas in Orlando? Staying in these villas certainly granted us a memorable stay with our precious ones! It’s not just about the space, though. These fully-equipped villas also offer plenty of resort amenities. These include free parking, a private pool, and a home theater – and this is just scratching the surface. Furthermore, we had more time to enjoy our vacation because there was a lot of privacy and space to interact.

Reunion Resort 2700

We were looking for a villa to accommodate our entire family when we chanced upon the Reunion Resort 2700, an ideal place to call home when we were visiting the city of Orlando. Featuring 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, this rental villa in Orlando could comfortably house up to 16 guests. Each modern décor room included a bathroom with a vanity and shower or bathtub. Besides, bedding and towels were also provided, which meant that we had to carry nothing ourselves.

We especially loved the open living and dining areas where we could gather with the whole group. What’s more, the fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, dining table, and chairs was the perfect place to get together during mealtimes. We even had fun with our group in the living area, thanks to the large sofas. Or, you could also spend quality time with your loved ones in the home theater or games room, which is what we did too.

Since we preferred doing some activities outside, the private pool that was available for us to splash in was perfect. Like other Orlando vacation homes with pools, this one had a lounge seating area and sun loungers for relaxation. In the evening, we even had a BBQ party outside and whipped up special meals for everyone in the outdoor kitchen.

There are so many villas in Orlando to rent, but this one was one of the top choices. With six bedrooms and six bathrooms, Bears Den 26 is perfect for large groups like ours. Located in the prestigious Reunion Resort, it’s only a few minutes drive to the Walt Disney World, making it the perfect place for any vacation. And even when we weren’t in the mood to venture out, we would simply admire the resort’s golf views.

Sleeping up to 17 guests, the best features of this rental villa are the private swimming pool and hot tub. We found it to be the perfect spot to soak up Orlando’s sunshine and warm weather. In addition to that, this property features a spacious, comfortable seating area with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors overlooking the private pool. The six bedrooms offer 4 king-sized suites and 2 children’s themed bedrooms, which were very comfortable for the 12 of us, including 4 children. All of them are furnished with a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi. We were able to entertain ourselves easily with amenities provided on the upper floor, including a pool table. There’s also a home theater with a large projection screen to watch favorite movies together.

We especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, dinnerware, cookware, and glassware. A refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster are also provided, so we could cook whatever we wanted with ease. There’s a dining table that seats up to eight people as well. What’s more, we loved the presence and the design of the six island-style breakfast bar seats and four window bar seats. Other amenities include an outdoor grill, dishwasher, and outdoor sofas.

Solara Resort 274

Solara Resort 274 is just a few minutes from the most popular tourist attractions, such as Walt Disney World and Universal Studios. So, staying here was a time-saving and convenient experience. This villa in Orlando to rent features top-notch amenities that made our stay a memorable one. Among them are open floor rooms featuring a large 50-inch flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray DVD player and two sofas. 

The property also gave us home-away-from-home amenities, including dining table sets for eight. There’s additional seating at the breakfast bar and a high chair for the little one. A modern kitchen with fully-equipped cookware and utensils was provided for our convenience.

When we wanted to unwind, we’d enjoy a drink and soak under the sun in the private splash pool with screened enclosure. Besides, we also had access to the resort’s luxury amenities. These include a fitness center, games rooms, water slides, and various cafés, bars, and restaurants.

Up next is Championsgate 62, a nice option for those who want to stay near Disney World, like us. Part of Champions Gate Resort, the villa features eight spacious bedrooms with air conditioning, bedding, and towels. Three have a large double bed, each with a bathroom including double vanity, bathtub, and walk-in shower. Meanwhile, the remaining have queen-size beds, twin beds, and bunk beds, so all of us could sleep very comfortably. Besides, the property offers five bathrooms, some even with bathtubs that allowed us to enjoy a long and relaxing bath in peace and comfort.

Additionally, we also had access to an open living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. Plus, we enjoyed the in-house entertainment with complimentary Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and a game room with a pool table and air hockey table. We even had the benefit of other amenities, including an additional living area upstairs, a breakfast bar with seating, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Outside, a private pool with a spillover tub and sun loungers were waiting for us. There was also a wonderful covered lanai as well as an alfresco dining area. If you travel by car, you can park your vehicle in the private parking area, which was a blessing for us. And while we were here, we even benefited from the resort’s impressive amenities. They include a clubhouse, a sports bar, a movie theatre, and many more. All in all, it’s an excellent villa in Orlando to rent.

Windsor Hills Resort 460

Most Comfortable. Whether we were traveling with our group of families, friends, or colleagues, we weren’t disappointed with the Windsor Hills Resort. It’s a beautiful property for all of our needs that comes with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms that sleep 12 guests. There are two king bedrooms, two queens, and two twin bedrooms with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV.

There’s plenty of space for everyone to relax in the living area and enjoy meals together. The living room is furnished with comfortable sofas and flat-screen TVs. Meanwhile, the kitchen is equipped with all appliances, a dining table, and chairs for the comfort of the home. We also did have to worry about running out of our vacation outfits as the washer and dryer were free to use throughout our stay. Talk about convenience!  

Furthermore, this 6-bedroom vacation rental in Orlando even came with a private pool with a hot tub whenever we wanted to unwind. Surrounded by sun loungers, they’re the perfect amenities for leisure activities. In addition, the covered lanai provides a table and chair for relaxation after a long day. Renting this property also meant benefiting from the resort’s amenities. These include multiple playgrounds, a massive pool, water slides, sand volleyball, and more. That’s why it’s such a wonderful rental villa in Orlando.

Another great addition to our list is the Storey Lake Resort. This villa boasts multiple bedrooms 9 bedrooms, and 5 bathrooms, making it perfect for our party of 20 people. Four of the bedrooms feature unique themes, which the little ones will definitely love. All in all, it was perfect for our family’s summer vacation.

Located near Disney World, this property highlights a spacious furnished living area downstairs and a loft area with an L-shaped sofa and projector upstairs. Other amenities include a dining table and chairs, a breakfast bar, and a fully equipped kitchen to handle our needs. 

Complimentary Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and home theatre were available for our entertainment. Besides, you’ll find a game room with a pool table, basketball hoop game, foosball, and air hockey table. The pool area includes a private screened swimming pool, sun loungers, a spillover tub, and a covered lanai with a dining area.

Most Spacious. Next on our list of the top villas in Orlando is Reunion Resort 0. Among all of the vacation rentals in the area, we found this to be one of the most luxurious ones. Featuring 14 ensuite bedrooms, this villa can comfortably sleep up to 30 people. In addition, all bedrooms on the property are fitted with standard in-room amenities and some extras, like a walk-in wardrobe. Ah, heaven, isn’t it?

With plenty of amenities, we never ran out of things to do. Those of us who wanted to try out new recipes could prepare the food in the fully equipped kitchen. There’s also an additional outdoor kitchen with a BBQ for al fresco dining under the starry sky. In addition to a private swimming pool, it also boasts a private water park with a slide and lazy river. So, that meant plenty of water fun for us.

Moreover, we could even play bowling with our friends in the on-site bowling alley for some friendly competition. Does your ideal night involve binge-watching movies, like us? You might want to spend your night in the home theater instead, just as we did. Meanwhile, those of us who wanted to keep ourselves fit appreciated the gym and golf simulator. Since we were looking for tropical vacation villas in Orlando for the family, the Veranda Palms 3 was our perfect option. First, let’s talk about this villa’s amazing location. It’s conveniently located close to many shopping centers, restaurants, and attractions. In addition to that, it’s also near Walt Disney World, making it the perfect accommodation for all our family trips.

Featuring 13,500 sq feet (1,254 sq meters) of area, it accommodates up to 40 guests in 14 bedrooms. The 12 of them are king-size beds, 4 bunk beds, and 14 bathrooms. Guests will find themed bedrooms, each with a different space theme. Enjoy the gathering with in-house amenities, from a large LED TV wall screen in the living room to a high-quality audio system. With additional fees, you can have a private family BBQ grill. What’s more, there are two refrigerators and two sets of full-sized washers and dryers to make your stay feels like home.

Best Amenities. The Reunion Resort 9000 villa offers spacious and luxurious spaces with privacy that we were able to enjoy with the entire family or friends. This large and luxurious vacation rental in Orlando provides an elegant and modern ambiance. It covers 12 bedrooms and 12.5 bathrooms, with 2 on the ground floor, 1 in the annex, and 9 upstairs. Most of these elegant bedrooms are spacious king-size master suites with vanities. Some even feature themed rooms with queen-size beds and bunk beds, which the kids loved.

We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities provided, including a furnished living room with a flat-screen TV, multiple seating areas, and leather armchairs. The bright, airy open space also features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Meanwhile, the breakfast bar with seating and dining table with chairs is where we had all our meals. 

The property also has other in-house amenities, including a media lounge, fitness room, and laundry room with washers and dryers. During afternoons, we’d have fun in the games room, complete with two games consoles, 70-inch flat-screen TV, a multi-arcade game, and more. There’s also a private pool with a spacious pool terrace, spillover tub, and cushioned sun loungers for outdoor relaxation. Speaking of which, there’s an outdoor kitchen for group gatherings outside as well.

The Formosa Gardens 1 was one of our favorite choices as this property gives its guests an exclusive luxury vibe. This 9-bedroom with 10 bathrooms villa is located in the prestigious Formosa Gardens, only minutes from Disney World and Universal Orlando. Apart from that, we also love how the local theme parks are easily accessible from the villa. Not to mention, we could take in the picturesque views of the surroundings without leaving the property.

We really loved the peaceful ambiance and the nature throughout the extensive areas, surrounded by a beautiful lake. It boasts a spacious living area with a vaulted ceiling, a fully equipped kitchen, and gym equipment. Some rooms also offer a fully furnished balcony offering excellent lake views.

For entertainment, we were able to enjoy the fantastic entertainment room with a movie screening area and a pool table. When we wanted to spend time outdoors, we would relax on the luxury sun loungers or splash in the large infinity pool with a spillover tub instead. Besides, there is a dining area and a covered lanai with lounge seating.

Fantasy Island Resort 1

Most Luxurious. We obviously need a top-notch villa for large groups, whether for family or friend gatherings, business meetings, or corporate retreats. That’s why we loved the Fantasy Island Resort 1, which offers only the best homes with top amenities and excellent customer service.

The laidback yet luxurious property can fit as many as 66 people! That’s not surprising, considering it has 20 luxurious suites and 20 full bathrooms, each bedroom with a unique theme. Available for a minimum stay of 5 nights, the property provides 17 king-size beds and 7 children’s bunk beds. We even enjoyed the world’s largest private residential 3D video wall, which lies on the property. Meanwhile, the open-concept living room spaces allowed us to enjoy the home theatre with the premium quality audio system.

For a grand dining experience, the property features massive dining seating for up to 70, a large kitchen with 4 refrigerators, 2 double ovens, 2 stoves, and 2 dishwashers. During the stay, we used the sports and entertainment amenities to the maximum. These include an arcade games room, indoor basketball courts, and 2 lanes full-sized indoor bowling alley. Additionally, there’s a hot tub, fitness center, and wellness center for exercise and leisure. A pool and lazy river with fake volcanoes and waters allowed us to relax too.
