Kicking off this list is the Park Royal Beach Cancun. Thanks to this resort, we were able to unlock a new core memory in Cancun! First of all, this resort is located on El Rey Beach, one of the city’s most popular beaches. There are two huge pools inside, and one of them is an adult-only pool, making it a nice option for traveling lovebirds. In addition to that, there are tons of rejuvenating spa treatments, a state-of-the-art gym, as well as a wide variety of dishes to sample at the hotel’s four on-site restaurants. Among them, we enjoyed La Veranda the most. You can go there for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and you should check out its traditional Mexican cuisine.
When it comes to accommodations, you must book the suite with a private plunge pool for at least a night. We stayed there, and it was really enjoyable. The suite was nothing short of comfy and spacious. But what made the difference was the crystalline pool on the terrace. Accompanied with a glass of wine, we had the best sunset viewing spot ever. Conveniently set on the beach, it’s an ideal place to call home if you want to soak up the sun and try your hand at water sports. It’s like the perfect Caribbean playground. One of the main reasons we enjoyed our time there was the refreshing pools. They allowed us to cool off properly after a day of exploration. And for the best experience, we stayed in the villa. It boasts a private swimming pool, which is perfect for cooling down while enjoying the views of the sparkling ocean.
As an all-inclusive hotel in Cancun, more are waiting for you. When you’re not having fun on the tennis court, chances are you’re screaming with glee at the water park. Also, you don’t have to deal with wallet worries anymore. From meals and drinks to entertainment and activities, most things are covered. We also didn’t have a problem exploring Cancun, as car rental services were available. Plus, the staff members were very friendly and helpful. They let us know all the hidden gems worth visiting.

During our stay, we made time to visit the on-site Miiluma Spa. We enjoyed the massage a lot, and you can also check out its other luxurious beauty treatments. Speaking of which, you should also consider finding your inner zen by joining the yoga class. We didn’t participate in that activity, but we did work out in the modern gym.
Moreover, foodies will be spoilt for choice with the diverse dining options. From sizzling Argentinian steaks at San Telmo to classic Italian comfort food at Trattoria and Pizzeria, the flavors will tantalize your taste buds. The highlight of our stay was our Premium Room with a plunge pool. Aside from a spacious living room and a private terrace, this room also comes with a private pool. Nestled on the pristine shores of Cancun is Riu Palace Costa Mujeres, a haven for all-inclusive bliss. The moment we arrived, the expansive outdoor pool took our breath away. It invited us to dive into refreshing escapism. Sun loungers lined the poolside, offering us prime real estate for soaking up the sunshine. That said, why not take it up a notch by staying at the swim-up suite? This oversized room comes with a private pool, so you can enjoy a dip whenever you want. We stayed there, and we were further pampered by the amenities, including the minibar, coffee maker, and plush bed.
Of course, this resort won’t be the same without its culinary experiences. This resort boasts six restaurants on-site with diverse offerings, from Mexican to Italian and Japanese cuisine. Aside from that, we also recommend this resort for families. The dedicated kids’ club will keep the young ones entertained with supervised activities and games. Meanwhile, parents can challenge each other to a table tennis showdown or spoil themselves at Renova Spa. It’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy body and facial treatments with the sound of the sea as background music.

Best Views. Facing the crystal-clear waters of Cancun, Catalonia Grand Costa Mujeres All Suites & Spa delivers a fancy and comprehensive all-inclusive experience. From its sprawling beachfront location to its diverse amenities and exclusive offerings, this 5-star resort deserves its flowers. When we arrived at the resort, we were awed by the lush gardens and vibrant Quinta Avenida-inspired promenade. It was like we were in a tropical paradise. Apart from diving into the refreshing outdoor pool, we would also challenge ourselves at the gym and sweat it out on the tennis court. For something less vigorous, head to Spa Alegria. There, you’ll find not only a sauna but also a steam room and jacuzzi.
However, nothing is as relaxing as taking a dip in the private pool at your Privileged Suite. Of course, we had to spend our night there. The pool was big enough for us, but the views made the whole experience even better. Imagine taking a deep breath there in the morning and opening your eyes to see nothing but blue and green. Too bad we didn’t have our drink with us. Luckily, there are beach bars on the property and many more options sprinkled around the hotel.

Best Rooms. Set on the beach, Hilton Cancun is an all-inclusive hotel that doesn’t disappoint. It’s the perfect place to call home if your goal is to bask in the sun for as long as possible. We had the privilege to spend a night there, and we had a blast. From splashing in the outdoor pool and water park to pedaling along the coast on complimentary bikes, this hotel kept our boredom at bay. Though we didn’t go inside, we did spot an in-house fitness center, and it was equipped with modern facilities. If you decide to work up a sweat or have a facial in the spa center, let your kid have fun in the kids’ club!

We booked the King Room, and it was better than we expected. It was big, bright, and clean; the private pool was our favorite thing about the room. From the pool, we could enjoy the views of the sea. Best for Families. When it comes to family vacations, the Dreams Vista Cancun Golf & Spa Resort should rank high on your list. This resort has everything you and your precious ones possibly need. Boredom is certainly not in the resort’s dictionary. For one, parents can soothe their tired muscles with a refreshing spa day at Dreams Spa by Pevonia. We tried the 80-minute massage, and it was divine. And while you’re busy rejuvenating, let your kids have fun building sandcastles on the beach or running around in the playground. If the spa isn’t your cup of tea, you can also have fun on the golf court. Or, you can all take a swim in the private plunge pool.
Apart from the private swimming arena, we have to admit that the rooms at this family hotel in Cancun are brilliant. Each isn’t only spacious but also decorated with stylish furniture. We particularly enjoyed the oversized balcony, which was the best spot to take in the views of the glimmering sea. You can treat the entire family to one of the eight on-site eateries for food. Most of them are family-friendly, but the standouts are Vista Prime and Coco Cafe. The former is open for dinner, and it offers fresh seafood and steak. Meanwhile, the latter is perfect for light bites and breakfast.

Best Private Beach. The Grand Park Royal Cancun is a gateway to a world of luxury and relaxation. Your Cancun adventure begins the moment you land at the hotel. The suites and villas here are drenched with sun, and you can expect tons of natural light and fresh air. We stayed at the villa, and we dare say that it was some of our best times in Cancun. Each villa on the property boasts a private plunge pool with stunning views. Yes, as you can see from the picture below, the pool is quite small. However, ours was right on the beach, and we couldn’t have asked for a better spot to witness the orange hue of the sunset and people-watch.
In addition to the private ones, this beach hotel in Cancun also proudly features two outdoor swimming pools. They’re the place to be if you want to swim and burn calories. However, we highly recommend checking out the relaxing spa services for self-pampering. On top of that, there are four fabulous restaurants on-site. While all are great, El Mirador has a special place in our hearts. It’s open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but we were particularly in love with the fine dining setting. Not to mention, the classic Mexican cuisine was so good. If you’re looking for a place to have a romantic dinner with your lover, give it a try.

One of the main attractions of this resort is its location, which puts guests only steps away from the turquoise water laps and golden sand at Mujeres Beach. Trade the airport shuttle for an airy room flooded with natural light. After a tiring flight, nothing screams comfort like unwinding in a deep soaking tub and grabbing a drink from the minibar. Better yet, you can dive into your own private pool, too. This is a perk that makes the hotel so desirable. We stayed in the Junior Suite and were thrilled with our pool. It wasn’t big or fancy, but knowing that we could take a dip whenever we wanted to without sacrificing privacy was a blessing.
