Hearty, Full Breakfast
Waking up to a delicious complimentary breakfast was a delightful way for us to start each day. The Best Western Plus Canyonlands Inn offered a staff-served hot buffet breakfast that could be enjoyed in the comfort of our room or outside on the veranda. But we have to admit, soaking in the stunning views while savoring a hot meal was a fantastic way to begin our Moab adventures.
For those seeking an alternative to the buffet, there are many restaurants in the hotel’s vicinity. One of our favorites is Gloria’s Corner Cafe, which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner with healthy juices and smoothies. There’s also Pasta Jay’s, which serves upscale Italian fare for lunch or dinner. With so many options, we were never at a loss for delicious pre- or post-adventure meals.

Take a dip!
Our Moab adventure took us through Arches National Park’s fiery landscapes, leaving us pleasantly exhausted. Thankfully, the Best Western Plus Canyonlands Inn welcomed us back with a refreshing swimming pool. The turquoise water was simply inviting. The pool’s size was ideal for a dip after hiking, and we appreciated the comfortable lounge chairs surrounding the pool, perfect for catching some rays. The pool area wasn’t overcrowded, and everyone had enough space to relax.
The real gem, though, was the year-round hot tub. After swimming in the pool, a soak in the hot tub was all we needed. The warm water soothed our tired muscles, and the bubbling jets provided a welcome massage. We enjoyed using the evening hot tub, gazing up at the star-studded Moab sky. It was a fantastic way to unwind and reconnect with nature.
