A stay at Conrad Dubai means you’ll be in the heart of the action. As business travelers, we truly enjoyed our stay, as we were within the Dubai International Financial Center. Besides that, we were also just across from the World Trade Center. This fifty-two-floor hotel is simply amazing.
We were also looking at this hotel from an event perspective. At over 47,000 sq ft, the event space is out of this world. The hotel has it all: two ballrooms, a dozen meeting rooms, pre-function areas, and even outdoor spaces. The catering options were also top-notch, which is crucial for any successful event.
Of course, it wasn’t all work. We also took some time to explore the leisure facilities. The expansive pool was refreshing, and the spa was a real treat. The full range of treatments available was impressive and it was the perfect way to de-stress.

InterContinental Dubai Festival City by IHG

To many travelers, the InterContinental Dubai Festival City by IHG may be the best business hotel in Dubai. How come? We have a few reasons in mind. First, the views. Located right on Dubai Creek, the views here are breathtaking. Every direction we looked at offered a stunning panorama, which set the tone for our entire visit. Not to mention, the hotel is only 10 minutes away from the airport.
One of the things that impressed us was the event facilities. We explored both the Event Centre and Festival Arena, and the sheer scale and modernity were remarkable. Over 15,000 sqm of state-of-the-art space, all on the ground floor.
Dining was a highlight, too. We had a meal at Anise, and the live cooking stations were a feast for the senses. Later, we relaxed at the Vista Lounge and bar. The views of the Creek and the city skyline were absolutely mesmerizing, especially as the sun went down. Oh, don’t forget to experience the temperature-controlled pool, too.

Best Amenities. So, what can you expect from the Swissôtel Al Murooj Dubai? There’s only one answer, and that’s “Dubai luxury”. When we first arrived, we were instantly in love with the hotel’s sophisticated and glamorous vibe. It’s not just about looks, though. Being in the business district, part of the Al Murooj complex, we were able to get around the city easily.
That said, we were particularly interested in their event spaces. The Al Yasat Ballroom is massive, with its own entrance and pre-function area. You can use it to host a big conference. The fact they have a VIP majilis is also great. They can handle events from 100 to 500 guests, which is pretty substantial. In addition, there are seven meeting rooms with a dedicated events team.
For downtime, there’s plenty to do. We loved relaxing in the pool bar, and there are two on-site restaurants, so you won’t go hungry or thirsty. We also loved spending our time in the spa and gym. Oh, there’s a tennis court, too.

Mövenpick Grand Al Bustan

Best 5-Star. The Mövenpick Grand Al Bustan is all about elegance. While Dubai has tons of 5-star hotels, this one is not your regular lavish accommodation. It perfectly embodies the charming Arabian warmth and modern luxury that you would only find at a world-class hotel.
As business travelers, our focus was on the hotel’s business amenities, and they were fantastic. The hotel was able to facilitate our meetings seamlessly. The meeting rooms here are all equipped with modern technology. What’s more, tech support will always be ready to help you out. During our stay, we also took a peek at the grand ballroom, and it dropped our jaws. It was huge and certainly “the” space to hold a big event with style.
Now, let’s talk about location. We found Mövenpick’s central location in Deira and Bur Dubai to be a huge advantage. We were able to navigate the city’s business and commercial districts with ease. It made getting to our appointments hassle-free.
