Of course, it’s always nice to unwind after a long day of work, which is why they also have top-notch recreational amenities, such as indoor/outdoor pools, fitness centers, spas, and the like. If that wasn’t enough, the brand has also introduced MyMillennium BIZ, a new loyalty program that’s customized exclusively for corporate bookers. To that end, here’s a detailed guide to the best business stays when it comes to the Millennium brand.

The upscale business hotel, M Hotel Singapore City Centre, sits in the heart of the CBD (central business district) in Singapore. In fact, the bronze bull in the lobby is a nod to its business persona. Not only does it make an excellent first impression with its sprawling steel, glass, and wood lobby, but it also boasts amazing views of the commercial skyscrapers and Marina Bay.
There are a bunch of thoughtful features that attract business travelers, including free Wi-Fi throughout, a business center, and extensive meeting facilities and amenities. Besides a limited area shuttle, travelers also receive smartphones during their stay for unlimited internet, local and international calls, access to city guides, and more. If that wasn’t enough, the property also has a modern bar with live music, two restaurants, a cafe, a lovely swimming pool, a fitness center, and even a spa.
We loved the understated rooms and suites with tea and coffee-making facilities, free Wi-Fi, and minibars, with upgraded ones even adding harbour views and club lounge access with evening cocktails, snacks, and free breakfasts. If that wasn’t enough, suites even add whirlpool tubs, DVD players, and sound systems.

Millennium Hongqiao Hotel Shanghai
5
Soaring high above the residential Gubei neighborhood in Shanghai, the majestic Millennium Hongqiao Hotel Shanghai. The location couldn’t be more perfect; it’s a short drive from the CBD (central business district) in Hongqiao, in a peaceful neighborhood that was perfect for relaxing after a long day of work.
So, what makes it an excellent business hotel? Firstly, the foyer was excellent for first meetings with fellow entrepreneurs. What’s more, it had as many as four halls equipped with state-of-the-art equipment where we could hold business meetings and conferences. A business center, speedy Wi-fi, and an excellent staff that was ready to help out at the drop of a hat rounded up the business amenities. However, the hotel was more than just a place of work; it also had an indoor pool, a steam bath, and a sauna in the spa area. If that wasn’t enough, it even had a fitness room, a tennis court, three restaurants, and a cafe/bar. What more could we ask for?
We loved the bright rooms and suites, which featured tea and coffee-making facilities, flat screen TVs, and floor-to-ceiling windows. What’s more, upgraded rooms had rainfall showers in the bathrooms, Nespresso machines, and free Wi-Fi too, while some suites even had kitchenettes and whirlpool tubs.

The Bailey’s Hotel London, UK

In the heart of Kensington, London, sits a fusion of Asian and British heritage. We’re talking about The Bailey’s Hotel London, which has long been a feature of Gloucester Road – since the 1870s, to be precise. The red brick façade dates back to its origins, when it was the first purpose-built hotel in the neighborhood, and has remained in operation since, except for a brief period as a hospital after World War II.
Sitting in the same structure as the much larger Millennium Hotel and Conference Centre, the hotel has everything we require from a modern business hotel. Firstly, there’s a compact fitness center for those who would like to keep up with their fitness routine during work travel, too. Besides that, there are laundry services, a fantastic restaurant, and a bar, too. We loved the decanter of ‘fruit water’ in the lobby.
Choose from 212 rooms across 7 categories and themed floors, all of which are pretty spacious and feature ultra-smart furnishings and subtle hues. What’s more, they all have marble bathrooms with Christian Lacroix bath products, Chromecast TVs, and Nespresso machines.

Grand Millennium Hotel Kuala Lumpur

It’s hard to imagine finding luxury in the heart of the busy Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur’s premier shopping belt. However, the Grand Millennium Hotel Kuala Lumpur, an iconic Bukit Bintang landmark, defies the myth. Besides the excellent location, the Millennium hotel is important even today due to its behemoth size with nearly 500 rooms, which is rare not just for the neighborhood, but the whole of Kuala Lumpur.
First impressions were amazing; the soaring black marble lobby with the shimmering crystal chandelier was the very image of ostentatiousness. What’s more, the Level 3 fitness center and the retro-looking outdoor swimming pool were the ideal places to unwind and relax, especially since the pool area had parasols, loungers, and greenery. Three bars and restaurants, including a Chinese restaurant, a cafe, and a casual dining bistro, round up the amenities here. Even entry-level rooms here were massive and featured tea/coffee-making amenities, complimentary water, bathtubs in the bathrooms, and minibars.

Imagine a lovely, lush garden with a serene fountain, mellow trees, lots of seating space, and an expansive, gorgeously landscaped space.

The dining options here were dime-a-dozen, considering it had everything from Western to Asian options. If you’re here on a Sunday, don’t miss the ‘Epicure Brunch’ that has 15 live stations extending across all 3 of the hotel’s restaurants. We especially loved the riverside dining at Riverside Terrace. Finally, there were many other amenities, including tennis courts, a fitness suite, a fitness center, a gorgeous pool and a hot tub, and a salon.
