Live da HI life

Kicking off this list is the Live da HI life, a one-bedroom condominium. For us, this place was the perfect combination of relaxation and exploration. It took us only four minutes to reach the Kamaole Beach on foot. We spent hours swimming, sunbathing, and taking in the gorgeous Hawaiian scenery there. Plus, there were two other beautiful beaches, Keawakapu and Mokapu, within easy walking distance. This condo is truly all about the beaches.
The condo was full of choices. The fully stocked kitchen allowed us to unleash our inner chefs, and the beds were super comfy. There were even beach towels so we could pack lighter. We especially enjoyed having a private balcony with a view of the ocean. It was the perfect spot to sip our morning coffee and watch the sunrise. If you plan to stay here, make sure to use the pool and fitness room, too.

Maui Eldorado Resort Condominium

The Maui Eldorado Resort Condominium, one of the best condos in Maui, checks all the right boxes. One of the highlights was definitely the view. The condo boasted stunning sea views, and we never got tired of the stunning views. In the evening, they were even more gorgeous. We also enjoyed whipping up meals in the well-equipped kitchen, which had everything we needed, from a stovetop and refrigerator to a dishwasher and even a barbecue. Being able to dine outdoors on the lanai was a real treat, especially under the Maui sky.
In the evenings, we would unwind by the rooftop pool, taking in the beautiful scenery. The resort’s location was perfect, too. We were close to the action, with great golfing opportunities nearby and popular beaches like Alii Kahekili and Kaanapali Beach just a short distance away. Plus, Whalers Village Shopping Center was close by for some retail therapy. This place is almost too good to be true.

Renting a condo in Maui doesn’t have to be complicated. If you’re looking for a spacious, two-bedroom condo, take a look at the Kihei Holiday Condominium. It was perfect for our little getaway. We loved having our own private entrance, and the two bedrooms were a great size. The kitchen was well-equipped for all our cooking needs, and having a dishwasher and laundry machines made our stay even more convenient. The location was unbeatable! We were just a short walk from several beautiful beaches, with Mai Poina Beach just steps away.
In the evenings, grilling out on the barbecue and enjoying meals on the private lanai were almost our ritual. The condo also offered us a comfortable seating area and a TV with cable channels, which was perfect for unwinding. Grab your popcorn! The condo also had a great view of the ocean, which we never tired of looking at. When we had the time, we would go cycling around Kihei, and if you want, you can also take a day trip to Iao Valley State Park.

If you want to rent a condo in Maui, the Kihei Ali’i Kai Condo is a great choice. Only a stroll away from Kamaole Beach, it was everything we wished for. We loved having easy access to the beach for swimming and soaking up the sun. There’s also great hiking in the area, and we enjoyed spending a day at Iao Valley State Park, which was just a short drive away. Cove Beach is only a 12-minute walk from the condo for closer exploring, so make sure to check that out, too.
What about the condo itself? It was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for our group to relax. We enjoyed having our own private balcony with beautiful garden views. The amenities at the condo were great, too. We especially loved taking advantage of the hot tub and sauna after a long day of exploring. Plumeria Suite

On one of our last trips to Kihei, Maui, we stayed at the Plumeria Suite, and it was one of our best decisions ever. It was perfect for our needs – a two-bedroom condo in a small complex with a relaxed atmosphere. The location was ideal for exploring this beautiful part of Maui. We spent our days relaxing on the nearby beaches. Mai Poina, Kalepolepo, and Waipuilani are all within easy reach. In the evenings, we enjoyed whipping up meals in the condo’s fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and oven. It was a nice change from eating out every night.
The condo was spacious and comfortable. We especially appreciated having two separate bedrooms for privacy, which is great if you’re traveling with another couple or a family. Another perk? The private entrance made coming and going a breeze. Plus, having free Wi-Fi and on-site parking was a big convenience. The location itself is quiet, but if you’re looking for some excitement, Wailea, with its world-class golf course, and Lahaina, with its bustling harbor, are just a short drive away.

KBM Resorts Condominium

Our stay at the KBM Resorts Condominium, one of the top condos in Kapalua Maui, was one of the best. First, let’s talk about the condo’s location. Just a short walk from Napili Beach, we loved to spend our spare time on the sands. We also liked how we were able to smell the ocean from the comfort of our spacious balcony. The condo was recently remodeled and felt really modern and clean. It had everything we needed for a memorable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms.
During our stay, we took advantage of the concierge service to help us with booking some activities. We weren’t planning on renting a car, but the fact that they offered car rentals and airport transfers on-site was a nice convenience to have. We enjoyed relaxing at the on-site bar in the evenings and soaking up the Maui vibes. While we were mostly out exploring during the day, it was nice to know there was a bar on-site if we wanted to grab a drink or a bite to eat without having to go anywhere.

Best for Couples. Up next is the Kihei 1BD Condo with Ocean Views, a fantastic option for solo travelers and couples. The highlight for us was definitely the private pool – it was such a treat to take a refreshing dip after a day at the beach. But aside from that, there were still plenty that we liked. We enjoyed whipping up meals in the fully equipped kitchen, which had everything we needed, from a stovetop and oven to a microwave and refrigerator. In the evenings, we’d unwind on the sofa and catch up on shows using the flat-screen TV with streaming services.
Another thing worth mentioning is the amazing ocean views. We could see the water right from our balcony, and waking up to that scenery was so peaceful each morning. The location was great, too – just a short walk from Keawakapu Beach and with free private parking so we could easily explore the surrounding area. Whether you want to relax by the private pool, enjoy the ocean views, or explore the nearby beaches and attractions, this condo has it all!

Best Amenities. Everything about the Maui Vista by Coldwell Banker Island Vacations is perfect. The location is unbeatable – right in the heart of Kihei, with stunning ocean views from our private lanai. We loved waking up to the ocean breeze and enjoying our morning coffee while watching the sunrise. Our two-bedroom condominium also had a lanai with comfortable seating for two, perfect for alfresco meals and watching the magical Maui sunsets. There was plenty of seating for everyone, with a dining table for four and additional spots at the breakfast bar. We even had a dedicated workspace with a desk, which was helpful for anyone needing to catch up on remote work.
When we weren’t at the beach (which was just a block away), we would take advantage of the Maui Vista Resort amenities. There were three pools to choose from, perfect for refreshing dips, and tennis and pickleball courts for some friendly competition. The resort also had BBQ areas surrounded by lush greenery, making for perfect evenings grilling and enjoying the outdoors. Another big plus was the condo’s proximity to amazing restaurants. We found fantastic options within a mile radius, including 5 Palms, Three’s, Sansei, and many more.

When we arrived at the Menehune Shores Resort Ocean-View Condo, we were instantly in love. We stepped out onto the lanai and were greeted by Maui’s warm breeze and breathtaking ocean views. The condo itself is perfect for a relaxing getaway. It’s a spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit on the ground floor, so no lugging suitcases up flights of stairs. The best part? Waking up to those ocean views every morning never got old. Plus, the sunsets from the lanai were absolutely magical. We spent a lot of time relaxing by the heated pool, enjoying the mountain views, and soaking up the Hawaiian sun.
When we weren’t poolside, we were just a short walk away from Kalepolepo Beach Park. Perfect for swimming, sunbathing, or just taking a stroll along the shore. And for the more adventurous in our group, snorkeling with sea turtles further down the coast was an unforgettable experience. We had everything we needed back at the condo for a comfortable stay. Best Views. Tucked away right on the shores of Maui, the Waiohuli Beach Hale Condominium is truly a hidden gem. Our condo was on the second floor and offered the most breathtaking panoramic ocean views we could have asked for. We spent mornings sipping coffee on our private lanai, watching the sunrise paint the sky in a million colors. One of the best condo rentals on the beach in Maui, it was beautifully decorated with Hawaiian-style furniture, making us feel instantly relaxed and immersed in the island vibes. Honestly, everything about the condo felt luxurious. The kitchen was recently remodeled with brand-new appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of space to whip up delicious meals.
Speaking of which, we loved the California king bed in the master bedroom. It was like sleeping on a cloud. The second bedroom with a queen bed was perfect for traveling companions, and both bathrooms were sparkling clean and modern. The grounds at Waiohuli Beach Hale were just as amazing as the condo itself. We spent countless hours soaking up the Hawaiian sun by the massive 60-foot pool, and the gas BBQ grills were perfect for grilling up fresh seafood. The best part, though, was the fact that the beach was literally steps away from our condo. It was quiet and uncrowded, giving us a true sense of serenity and relaxation.

Best Atmosphere. The highlight of our trip to Kihei was our stay at the Kihei Kai Oceanfront Condo. The location of this condo is fantastic. It’s right on Sugar Beach, with beautiful ocean views and direct access to the beach itself, which was perfect for beachgoers like us. We were accompanied by the relaxing sound of the waves every day, and we loved to spend our days soaking up the Hawaiian sun. The property was clean and well-maintained, and it came with a lovely outdoor pool and lounge chairs where we could cool off in between beach sessions.
Our condo had a private entrance and offered us a garden view, which was peaceful and serene. But the real highlight was our own private pool. It was such a treat to have our little oasis to splash around whenever we wanted. We also loved the addition of the kitchen, which was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, and there was even a BBQ for those nights when we wanted to grill up some fresh island treats. Overall, our stay at Kihei Kai Oceanfront Condos was perfect.

Do condos in Maui have air conditioning?
It depends. Newer condos likely have central air or window units, while older ones might rely on ceiling fans and natural breezes for cooling. Always check the listing details before booking to ensure you get the condo that best suits your needs.
How many days in Maui is enough?
Again, it depends on your itinerary. Three to four days should be enough for a short trip. But if you want a longer trip, you can spend a week or more and try activities like snorkeling, surfing, and hiking.
How much money do you need in Maui?
The cost of a Maui trip depends on your style. Budget around 200-250 USD per day for food, activities, and transportation, in addition to your flights and accommodation costs. That said, you can definitely spend less by cooking some meals and choosing free activities like hiking.
