Our suite was cozy yet modern, with a living space perfect for unwinding. Having a Nespresso machine and fridge in the room was such a nice addition, too. Although our Double Room was on the smaller side, we loved its aesthetics. It wasn’t a space to lounge in all day, but after wandering canals and museums, it was exactly the kind of snug place we wanted to come back to.

Hotel Mercier is one of those places we were genuinely glad we found. Just a minute from the Prinsengracht and a 4-minute walk to the Anne Frank House, the hotel’s location made exploring Amsterdam feel effortless. Despite being right in the middle of everything, the hotel itself was wonderfully peaceful at night, and we always felt completely safe walking back.

‘t Hotel is the perfect definition of “hidden gem”. The boutique charm was undeniable. It was stylish without trying too hard, cozy without being cramped. Our Double Room also had that same warmth, with thoughtful details that made it hard to head back out. The bed was cloud-like, and the mix of modern comforts with Dutch touches made it feel special. But what surprised us most was how peaceful the neighborhood felt at the end of the day.
