HOOLEI VILLA 81-4
11
Kicking off this list is HOOLEI VILLA 81-4. We’re positive that you’ll be impressed by the beautiful imported designer furnishings once you enter the villa, just like we were. They created a luxurious feel, but the villa still felt comfortable and inviting. That feeling continued into the bedrooms, where the fine bedding and linens made for some seriously restful nights. We couldn’t get enough of the master suite! The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and the soaking tub in the bathroom was what we needed after a day at the beach.
The chef in our group was thrilled with the kitchen. The high-end appliances, like the double Sub-Zero refrigerators, Wolf range, and oven, made cooking a breeze. Everyone enjoyed gathering in the family room to watch movies on the huge TV or relax on the comfy furniture. The floor-to-ceiling lanai doors made the space feel open and airy, and we loved having easy access to the outdoor lanai. Speaking of the lanai, it was perfect for enjoying meals outdoors or barbecuing with the Wolf BBQ.

We were greeted by a stunning open floor plan with a kitchen, dining area, and living room seamlessly flowing together as soon as we stepped through the door. The large windows offered breathtaking panoramic views of the West Maui Mountains, the islands of Lanai and Molokai, and even Haleakala National Park in the distance. Though the villa wasn’t the biggest, the views were truly a feast for the eyes!
Furthermore, the kitchen was incredibly well-equipped. We had everything we needed to prepare delicious meals, from a coffee maker and tea kettle to a toaster oven and all the cookware we could ask for. Plus, the plush California King and Queen beds with high-quality linens ensured a comfortable night’s sleep after a day of exploring. One of the biggest highlights of Kula 4200 was definitely the location. The bedrooms were perfect for privacy, with their own TVs and full bathrooms. We cooked a few meals in the well-equipped kitchen, but there were also world-class restaurants just a short drive away.
Even though the property felt secluded, we were surprised by its convenience. The best beaches in South Maui were just minutes down the hill, and all the other activities we wanted – golf, shopping, luaus – were close by as well. Best Accessible. You’ll guaranteed a fantastic stay at Ho’olei Wailea Beach Villa. How was our experience with this villa? It felt like experiencing the best of both worlds: the luxury of a resort with the spaciousness and privacy of a private home. The villa was massive! It had three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and stretched over two floors. There was even a private elevator, which was a huge plus for us even though we didn’t have anyone with mobility issues. The whole place was beautifully decorated and had everything we could need for a comfortable stay.
But the true star of the show was the view. We had spectacular ocean vistas from both inside the villa and out on the lanais. There were even barbecue grills and comfy seating areas on the lanais. No rooftops blocked our view, so it truly felt like we had our own slice of paradise. Speaking of comfort, the beds were divine. All three bedrooms had king-size beds with hotel-quality mattresses and luxurious linens. We slept like babies! And the best part? There was plenty of space for our entire group. The villa can comfortably sleep 10 with a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room and two queen beds in the upstairs bedroom, on top of the king-size beds downstairs.

Stay at Ka’anapali Deluxe Villa, and thank us later! Our stay here was nothing short of amazing. Set on the Ka’anapali hillside, the villa offered breathtaking panoramic views that stretched from Lanai to Molokai. We kid you not; the sunsets from the balcony were enchanting. The villa was brand new, and we could instantly tell. Everything was sparkling clean and felt so luxurious. We also loved the open floor plan. The spacious kitchen flowed seamlessly into the living room with its elegant granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, creating a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the tropical vibe.
At this villa, no detail was overlooked. Each of the three bedrooms had flat-screen TVs with Netflix and Amazon access, so we could have a movie night whenever we wanted. The memory foam mattresses were like sleeping on clouds, and the beautiful decor throughout the villa made it feel like a true Hawaiian oasis. That said, the master bedroom deserves a special mention. It had its own private lanai so that we could enjoy our morning coffee properly. Grand Champions Villas

Best Value for Money. The Grand Champions Villas exceeded our expectations, and we’re sure it’ll blow your mind. The location was perfect for us. Nestled right in the heart of Wailea, we were surrounded by beauty. The Wailea Blue Golf Course and Wailea Tennis Club were practically on our doorstep, and The Shops at Wailea, with its fancy stores and restaurants, were just across the street. Plus, the scenic pedestrian beach walk linked everything together flawlessly. But you don’t have to leave the villa to have fun.
Chic, cozy, and spotless, we spent each day with a huge smile on our faces. We loved the colorful accents and all the natural elements like seashells, driftwood, and seagrass. It really made us feel like we were on a Hawaiian vacation. With two master suites, each with its own bathroom and private entrance, we had the privacy we always wanted. We also spent a lot of time in the pool. You can relax on the lanai with your favorite wine if you don’t swim.
“Just like its name, this villa is a champ. It sets a new standard for other villas.”

Welcome to Lele Penthouse, a two-level villa with four bedrooms and two additional loft areas. This place is so big that it can easily sleep up to 18 adults. Impressive! When we first arrived, we were awed by how the entire villa was bathed in natural light thanks to the high vaulted ceilings and large windows. The open floor plan made the living room, family room, and grand dining room incredibly spacious. We had some fantastic meals together in the dining room, and the fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed to cook up a storm.
Now, let’s talk about the bedrooms. Each bedroom had comfortable beds and its own air conditioning unit, which was a huge plus for our group with varying temperature preferences. The bathrooms were well-stocked with towels and toiletries, and the in-suite laundry came in handy for keeping our beachwear fresh. Up next is Aqua Lani J305, a stunning upscale villa nestled in Wailea Beach Villas. If your motto for your upcoming trip is ‘go big or go home’, this is the one. During our stay, we had the privilege to enjoy the recently added plush Italian leather sofas in the great room and the extra seating in the bedrooms. They made the entire space feel incredibly inviting and comfortable. The name of this villa translates to ‘Heavenly Blue,’ and it’s evident from the design. The spotless interior, with an abundance of natural light, created a serene atmosphere. We also loved the collection of original artwork throughout the villa, which reminded us of a mini-gallery.
We would spend hours unwinding in the spacious great room, mesmerized by the panoramic Pacific Ocean views. The west-facing location offered us front-row seats to unforgettable golden sunsets. Also, sleeping was a dream at Aqua Lani. We opted for the king bed designed by Vera Wang, but all the beds – a mix of kings and extra-long twins – were plush and comfortable. However, the master bedroom was our favorite. The soaking tub with a view of the ocean was pure indulgence.

Best Beachfront. Maui 12 is definitely one of the best villas in Maui. Located right on the edge of Waiehu Beach, it offered us the ultimate beachfront experience. Each morning, we were awakened by the gentle rhythm of crashing waves and lulled to sleep by the cool ocean breeze every night. This spacious and comfortable house was just nice for our group. Early risers could greet the day with a walk on the beach, while everyone else could enjoy watching surfers catch waves from the comfort of the covered lanai.
Moreover, the open-plan living area provided a great space to relax and socialize. We had plenty of room to spread out, whether it was lounging on the comfy couches or one of the two sofa beds. We also loved the breakfast bar, which was our go-to spot for grabbing a quick bite before heading out for the day. The house offered thoughtful touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. Beach chairs, boogie boards, and umbrellas were provided, eliminating the need to rent them ourselves and making our beach days even more fun and convenient.

Luana Garden Villas

Best for Families. We’ll never forget our stay at the Luana Garden Villas. If you want to have a multi-family vacation, this is the right option. We actually had two separate villas, an upper and a garden level one, connected within the Luana Garden complex. The two villas can accommodate up to 16 people. There are six king beds, six bathrooms, and even two sofa beds. Everyone in our group had their own space to relax, yet we could easily come together for meals and fun. We loved unwinding on the lanais. They had comfy seating, but the real stars were the outdoor kitchenettes and barbecue grills. We would whip up meals together and enjoy the Maui evenings outside.
The location on Kaanapali Beach was incredible, too. Waking up to those views and being steps from the beach was unreal. But the Luana Garden Villas offered us so much more than just proximity to the water. The entire 38-acre Honua Kai Resort & Spa was like a paradise designed for families. It had everything we could imagine: multiple swimming pools, waterfalls, a children’s pool, and even a fitness center. We never had a dull moment.

Best Tranquility. As the name suggests, the Island Sunset Villa was one of our favorite places in Maui, where we felt secluded, like we were on a private island and witnessed the beautiful sunsets. This eco-friendly villa offered the perfect blend of luxury and laid-back island living. The minute we opened the wall of glass doors, we were greeted by balmy breezes and stunning views of Kula. The house was spacious and beautifully designed, and we particularly loved the indoor/outdoor feel. This property has three bedrooms, each with its own lanai. We’re sure you’ll enjoy having a cup of coffee there.
Speaking of coffee, we got to enjoy it with tree-ripened papaya on the back lanai. There was once when we also managed to grab fresh pastries from La Provence, a charming French cafe just five minutes away. You should totally give it a try. Though we had our privacy, we were also within easy reach of everything Maui had to offer. We spent our days exploring – Haleakala, Hana, snorkeling, you name it! Island Sunset Villa is the place to be for an unforgettable Maui vacation.
