On-Site Services

Different TireRack distribution centers offer different services. For instance, the distribution centers in South Bend, Windsor, and New Castle are the only ones that have a showroom and sales staff. Other distribution centers only offer limited on-site service.
Furthermore, you have to ensure that you have placed your order either via the TireRack website or by phone before you visit the distribution center for order pick-up.
Things to Note When Picking Up Your Order

We know; the idea of picking up your TireRack tires and rims sounds exciting! However, you should note some important things, so you don’t have to drive back home with disappointments!
- You can pick up your order whenever is most convenient within regular business hours. For more information about the business hours of TireRack distribution centers, you can call the phone number of the distribution center you want to visit.
- It’s worth noting that preparing Tire & Wheel Packages for pick-up can take up to six hours.
- You’ll get an email from TireRack when your order can finally be picked up. However, in some cases, TireRack may contact you via phone instead to let you know when it’s ready for pick-up.
- Your credit card will be charged when you pick up your order.
- At the pick-up time, the credit card holder must be there to show the credit card used for payment.
- Besides the credit card, you should also bring an additional photo ID.
Same-Day Pick-Up

Are you in a situation where changing your car tires on the same day is a must? If so, you’ll be thrilled to know that same-day pick-up at one of the TireRack distribution centers is possible! However, your order (excluding pre-order products) should be placed at 11 AM maximum for you to pick it up the same day.
Additionally, most TireRack tires and other products are eligible for pickup. However, it’s worth noting that there are limitations to some distribution centers, which will be noted upon your checkout.
Can I Have Someone Pick Up My Order?

If you’re not in town or too busy, you can have someone pick up your order at one of the TireRack distribution centers! However, your representative should bring their credit or debit card, US Postal Money Order, or cash to pay your order. Unfortunately, the distribution centers don’t take personal checks.
