While its epic sunsets and all-white buildings are nothing short of impressive, what made our stay perfect was our accommodations, which we think are some of the best villas in Imerovigli.

While they all have different things to offer, based on our experience, you can’t go wrong with them for five-star pampering. The question is: are you ready to find your perfect Imerovigli retreat? Starlight Luxury Seaside Villa & Suites

Starting off this list is the Starlight Luxury Seaside Villa & Suites, a stunning beachfront property. This villa complex boasts a swimming pool with incredible views of the Aegean Sea as well as the mountains. Until now, we couldn’t believe how beautiful the views were. We would spend God knows how long in the pool, doing nothing and just gazing into the sea. This gorgeous place truly is the place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Greece. What’s more, it’s only a short walk to the heart of Imerovigli, where you can find a bunch of restaurants, shops, and cafes.

There are several different units in the complex. Of course, we had to stay at the luxury seaside villa. It features two spacious bedrooms, each with a large double bed. The bedrooms are separated by a small, charming kitchen. It was where we would make omelets for breakfast and have a lazy morning. The kitchen comes with everything you need, from a stovetop to a fridge and microwave, so you can experiment with any recipe you have. Once you’re done filling your tummy, you can use the villa’s bike to get around and explore the hidden corners of Imerovigli.

Johnny’s House

Perched above the glistening Aegean Sea is Johnny’s House, one of the best villas in Imerovigli that offers a picture-perfect getaway. Our go-to spot on the property for some me-time was none other than the delightful garden. It’s a tranquil space to unwind with a glass of wine and soak up the serenity. Also, if you’re in the mood, Pori Beach is only a short stroll away from the villa. The beach is clean and can be an ideal spot for morning dips or sun-kissed afternoons.

This villa isn’t big by any means, but for solo travelers or couples, it should be more than enough. When we first stepped inside, we were amazed by the fully-stocked kitchen. The living area is the heart of the villa, and it offers cozy seating that invites relaxation after a day of adventure. Better yet, the fireplace adds a touch of warmth and is ideal for cozy evenings. The single bedroom is spotless, and so is the bathroom. After a good night’s sleep, we would spend our morning on the private balcony, witnessing the glow of Santorini’s sun. It was pure magic!

Horizon Mills

Whether you’re after modern luxury or island charm, Horizon Mills is the place for you. This villa complex has everything you possibly need, from breathtaking views to personalized wellness options. It truly goes beyond the basics. We would indulge in pampering with the infinity pool and beauty services when we were there. Though we didn’t attend it, we also saw some travelers attending a yoga class. Exploring the island was also a breeze as the villa provided us with free bikes. But if that sounds like a hassle, feel free to arrange sightseeing tours through the helpful staff.

Only a short stroll from Pori Beach, this place offers easy access to Imerovigli’s vibrant streets and traditional restaurants. While central enough to explore, the villa’s tranquil location allowed us to have serenity and privacy. After a day of exploration, we would return to our two-bedroom villa. Dinner was cooked in the fully-equipped kitchen and enjoyed on the terrace. After making our tummies full and happy under the starry sky, we would call it a day and throw ourselves into the plush, cloud-like bed.

Salvatore Villas

Salvator Villas is a villa complex consisting of two villas in the heart of Imerovigli. This place promises a tranquil escape infused with eco-conscious luxury. Perhaps the main selling point of this villa complex is its garden oasis and breathtaking sea views. Each villa is a haven of comfort, and we stayed in the premium two-bedroom villa. Featuring a cozy private balcony and a sun terrace for basking in the sun, we truly couldn’t ask for anything better. The standout feature is none other than the hot tub. In the morning, we would take a dip and relax for a good minute there before exploring the village.

Speaking of relaxation, why not take things to the next level by attending the on-site yoga class? Have fun stretching and finding your inner zen! However, if you crave exploration, you can venture out on sightseeing tours or hike the scenic trails surrounding the villa. While Imerovigli offers peace, the vibrant attractions are all within easy reach of this place. We were able to reach the vibrant port in just a short drive and explore ancient wonders like Thera.

Avista Suites

With dramatic views of the Santorini caldera and volcano, Avista Suites is easily one of the most popular places to stay in Imerovigli. This place blends Cycladic charm with modern comforts, making it the best option for those seeking tranquility and romance. As the name suggests, it offers plenty of minimalist chic suites. Additionally, there’s also a honeymoon villa with a private pool, which was our accommodation. The villa and suites all feature whitewashed walls, arched ceilings, and some pops of red to create an inviting atmosphere. Obviously, our favorite activity was to soak in the pool and admire the enchanting views of the surroundings.

This villa sure knows how to pamper its guests. Throughout our stay, we always had amazing sleep thanks to the Coco-Mat mattresses. On top of that, the Korres toiletries in the bathrooms pampered our senses. While this villa feels like a world away from the hustle and bustle, it’s actually well-positioned for exploring Santorini. Fira, the island’s capital, is only a short distance away. There, you’ll find a plethora of restaurants, shops, and bars.

One of the most private villas in the village of Imerovigli

One of the biggest selling points of Amber Light Villa Santorini is none other than its location. The accommodation is set in the upscale village of Imerovigli, which is perched on the cliffs overlooking the caldera. We truly loved the location as it allowed us to not only take in the beautiful colors of the Aegean Sea but also witness the powerful sunrise and the beauty of Santorini. Best of all, this property is specifically designed so that each guest can enjoy the views no matter which suite they book.

The property’s location allows its guests to have a private, uninterrupted stay. But if you do feel like venturing out, there are many interesting spots nearby to explore in the village. We found tons of unique cafes and restaurants. On top of that, it took us only a short drive to visit Fira, the capital of Santorini, as well as the charming Oia village.

Lavishly appointed suites to spoil the guests

As we said earlier, this is an all-suite complex. You can choose whether to stay in a one- or two-bedroom suite; some come with a private swimming pool. The one that we chose was the one-bedroom suite with an outdoor hot tub. Yes; it isn’t the biggest option, but we didn’t regret our choice at all. It had everything we needed, and every corner was spotless.

Honestly, we didn’t expect the open-plan suite to be that big. The bedroom was huge, and the living room was even bigger. For us, the highlight was the terrace. As you can guess from the name of the suite, ours came with a hot tub, which we loved. When it wasn’t too hot, we would take a dip and take in the views of the sea with a glass of wine in our hand. That sounds like the ultimate relaxation, right?

Savor Mediterranean delicacies at Carpos Restaurant

With a pebbled garden and unobstructed views of the sea, Carpos Restaurant was our go-to place for food. First of all, the restaurant is open throughout the day. Whether you’re looking for a hearty breakfast, delicious snacks, or tasty dinner, you can always go there. We loved having my breakfast here as there were so many choices to choose from, including coffee, tea, and gastronomic delights.

The food here is always made with fresh local ingredients. There was one time when I went here for dinner. We sat in the best seating area with some of the most beautiful views. It was truly more than anything we had ever expected. If you’re coming with your lover, we highly suggest visiting the restaurant for dinner. With candlelight and the beautiful formation of the stars in the sky, you’ll certainly have one of your most romantic dates ever. Can’t wait to dine at Carpos? Feel free to reserve your spot.

Treat yourself at The Spa

This one also boasts a fantastic spa. The one on the property is nothing short of fantastic. This beauty oasis offers a wide variety of beauty treatments for you to enjoy. When we entered the spa, we were fascinated with the calming and relaxing atmosphere. We also found some of my favorites, including a hammam and jacuzzi.

During our visit, we were given an anti-aging facial. Though we didn’t magically look years younger, we did enjoy the treatment a lot. The professional staff was also extremely polite. After the treatment, our skin looked more vibrant and fresh. And if you want, you can also ask the staff about their special packages.

The Heart of Amber Light

One of the highest-rated villas you can find in Imerovigli, this accommodation is all about relaxation, and there’s no better place to relax than in its swimming pool. Since the suite that we booked didn’t come with a private pool, we often visited the outdoor pool. We truly can’t remember how many times we went there just to gaze at the blue sea and enjoy the warmth of the sun. Trust me; you’ll do the same! Better yet, we were able to enjoy some snacks and my favorite drinks from the pool bar as we were waiting for the sunset.
