The story
The Mosser Hotel is a living piece of San Francisco history. Its roots trace back to 1913 when it first opened its doors as the Keystone Hotel, welcoming visitors to the Bay Area for over a century. In 1981, the hotel embarked on a new chapter when it was acquired by Charles W. Mosser. Recognizing its potential, he invested millions in a 2003 renovation, transforming the property into the iconic Mosser Hotel we know today.
The hotel’s unique character is a reflection of its surroundings. Like San Francisco itself, The Mosser blends the free-spirited energy of the present with the timeless elegance of the past. We immediately felt this energy when we first arrived, which was evident in its stunning architecture.
