Padama

Kicking off this list is Padama, a solid choice for a stay near Lima’s Jorge Chavez International Airport. It’s set on a tree-lined street and close to shops and restaurants, so you can have a hotel in a convenient location without the hefty price tag. While the hotel doesn’t offer extensive amenities, we still enjoyed hanging out on the terrace and in the TV lounge. And for those who need it, in-room breakfast is available for an extra fee.
At this three-star, the rooms are clean and comfortable. But since we wanted to go all out, we booked the suite. We loved having everything we wanted. But the highlight of our suite was the whirlpool tub. It made our room extra luxurious. If you want a romantic experience with your loved one, the suite is worth the splurge.

The EL TUMI – Aeropuerto is a great bed and breakfast for those who want convenient access to the airport. Located in the Callao neighborhood, it acts as one of the best bases for exploring the city. The airport shuttle service was a huge plus for us, especially after hours of flight. We were tired, but this place made us feel right at home.
This bed and breakfast was comfortable, too. While some rooms shared a bathroom, we appreciated the provided hairdryers and toiletries a nice touch. Moreover, you can choose from twin rooms, triple rooms, quadruple rooms, and queen rooms. Not to mention, the location is perfect for grabbing a bite, with Mr. Pretzels and Tanta just a short walk away.

The LimaQ Hotel might be a practical choice for your stay in Lima. Nestled on a bustling commercial street, it’s a casual spot that’s perfectly located for those arriving or departing from Jorge Chavez International Airport. Psst! There’s an airport shuttle, too. But aside from that, we also loved the hotel’s free perks. We were able to park our car for free and start each day with a full tummy thanks to the complimentary breakfast. The hotel’s restaurant offered a casual dining experience, convenient for those nights when you don’t feel like venturing out.
Furthermore, the rooms here are amazing. With their warm atmosphere and wood floors, they’re both inviting and comfortable. We appreciated the modern touches like the free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV in our Queen Room. The minibar came in handy for our late-night cravings, and knowing room service was available 24/7 was a plus.

Another great addition to our list of the top airport hotels in Lima Peru is the Hospedaje de Lidia. This guest house offered us a charming escape from the city bustle, with its lovely inner courtyard views. It was a convenient spot, although a bit removed from the main attractions like Las Nazarenas Church and San Martín Square. Despite that, you can still keep yourself busy as there are sightseeing tours available nearby.
For our stay, we chose the Deluxe Queen Room, which was comfortable. It came with a private bathroom and all the essentials. We appreciated the wardrobe for storing our belongings and the flat-screen TV for relaxing evenings. Some rooms have kitchenettes so you can cook your meals. Another thing worth noting is that the entire place is allergy-free, which was a huge plus for us.

We also had the chance to stay at Taytaypa Rooms & Apartments Lima Airport and found it to be a convenient base for exploring the city. Located just a short 15-minute drive from Estadio Miguel Grau Stadium, it offered easy access to various tourist spots. While the surrounding area was a bit limited in terms of dining and entertainment options, the convenient location near the airport made it a great choice for our early morning flight.
The apartment itself was cozy and comfortable. We appreciated the seating area with its comfy sofa, so we could chill after sightseeing. The bathroom was well-equipped with a bath and shower, plus thoughtful amenities like a hairdryer and toiletries. One of the biggest pluses was the fully furnished kitchen. It gave us the flexibility to prepare our meals and enjoy local ingredients. The microwave and fridge also came in handy for storing leftovers and keeping our energy drinks cool.

Best Communal. Those on a budget would love the Sunset Hostel Airport. While it’s a bit outside the city center, its proximity to Jorge Chávez International Airport was a huge plus for us. A convenient location isn’t the only thing this hotel in Lima offers.
For relaxation, the hostel boasts a nice sunbathing terrace and a shared lounge. We also found our mixed dormitory room to be comfortable, despite all of the simplicity. Some rooms here even offer balconies. For a taste of local life, we recommend walking to Nacion 1821, about a 15-minute stroll from the hostel. Also, if you’re craving something delicious, La Flor De La Punta is just a short taxi ride away.

Say hello to the Hospedaje turístico Peruvian Wasi, an awesome bed & breakfast near the airport. This accommodation is located in Callao, Peru’s bustling seaport. This place offers a simple yet comfortable stay. We appreciated the convenience of the shuttle service, especially after a long flight. Meanwhile, our room was equipped with basic amenities, including a shower and bath sheets.
While the accommodation itself was functional, the real draw of Peruvian Wasi was its strategic location. We found ourselves within easy reach of several attractions. Best Budget. If you don’t have a lot to spend on accommodation, consider Hostal Parisuite. The guest house offers a no-frills experience with essential comforts. One of the perks is the free private parking. It’s a relief not to worry about finding a safe spot for your car, especially when you’re in an unfamiliar city. During our stay, we were also assisted by the 24-hour front desk. The staff was so kind and friendly.
There are only eight rooms on the property, including family and double rooms. We got the double room and it was simple but clean. We also loved having free toiletries in our private bathroom, which was spotless. Some rooms even come with balconies. Beyond that, the hotel’s proximity to Jorge Chavez International Airport, just a 15-minute drive away, is undoubtedly its biggest advantage.

Costa del Sol Wyndham Lima Airport

Best Airport Access. The Costa del Sol Wyndham Lima Airport might be your new favorite layover hotel at Lima Airport in Peru. Connected to the airport via a covered walkway, it was a breeze for us to get from our flight to the hotel. While this hotel lacks the charm of a boutique property, it makes up for it in practicality. For example, our room was clean and functional, with all the essentials. Think free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a safe. Of course, we were also spoilt by the coffee maker and minibar.
We were also surprised by the complimentary perks. Honestly, we didn’t expect the welcome drinks, which were a refreshing start. Moreover, the hot breakfast buffet offered a good selection to fuel our day. Meanwhile, the 24/7 lobby bar was convenient for snacks or drinks, and the restaurant offered a great menu. Though we didn’t have the time to use it, we loved having a gym right at the hotel. But luckily, we managed to squeeze in some time for a dip in the indoor pool.
“As if its location isn’t good enough, this hotel also offers amazing amenities and services.”

It was airy and bright, with all the essentials. We slept soundly despite being so close to the airport. Best of all, all rooms offer city views.
Despite being an airport hotel, Holiday Inn doesn’t hold anything back regarding the amenities. It has a nice swimming pool, a hot tub, and a fitness center as well. We could keep ourselves busy when we had nothing to do. We also appreciated the 24-hour bar for those late-night snacks and drinks. The cherry on top? None other than the free airport shuttle that operates 24 hours.
