We booked one of the ground-floor Deluxe Apartments at Royal St. Kitts Hotel, and it turned out to be the perfect choice for us. We were hoping for a little island getaway, and that’s exactly what we got. The pool was just steps from our door! There was no way we were having our morning coffee before taking a quick dip.
Inside, everything was flawless. The bed made it far too easy to sleep in, the bathroom was spotless, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. It was definitely more than just a place to lay your head.

Now that we’ve covered comfort, let’s talk about the convenience at Royal St. Kitts Hotel. The hotel grounds were well cared-for, the staff always had a smile ready, and we never had to stress about logistics. From parking and grabbing snacks to popping out for dinner, everything was close by. Having a supermarket and a few restaurants within walking distance also made it easy to mix up our days. And if you’re not in the mood for exploration, just swim in one of the pools or have a tanning session at a nearby beach. You even have free access to the on-site gym.
And speaking of food, we had a lot of memorable meals. Splash, the hotel restaurant, became our go-to for casual breakfasts by the pool. But venturing just a little farther opened up even more options! Coconut Grove was one of our favorites for a special night out, and Rock Lobster was incredible for seafood. But definitely make a reservation, as it gets busy for good reason!
All-Inclusive Festivity
We stayed at Royal St. Kitts Hotel during the New Year’s festivities, and it was hands-down one of our favorite moments of the whole trip. The hotel really goes all-in for the celebration. There was lots of music, a fun crowd, and an overall atmosphere that was nothing short of lively but still comfortable. What we appreciated the most, though, was that everything was included. We didn’t have to think about add-ons or keep track of what we were spending, which made it easy to actually relax and enjoy the night.
The countdown was genuinely memorable. There were fireworks, party favors, and a champagne toast at midnight. They were the simple things, but they made the night feel special without being over the top. It’s one of those experiences we know we’ll look back on and smile about.
