The Turks and Caicos have long been known for their turquoise waters, pristine beaches, and high-end resorts that attract travelers looking for a more refined Caribbean experience. While many come for family vacations or water sports, the islands also appeal to adults who want a quieter, more curated getaway, where good food, service, and privacy take center stage. If you’re one of them, we’re here to show you the best Turks and Caicos all inclusive resorts for adults only.
Unlike other Caribbean destinations filled with large-scale all-inclusives, Turks and Caicos keep things smaller and more exclusive. In fact, there’s currently only one fully adults-only all-inclusive resort there. Still, several high-end properties on Providenciales and nearby cays offer similar experiences. Here’s a closer look at our recommendations!

Club Med Turkoise
When you’re looking for Turks and Caicos all inclusive resorts for adults only, Club Med Turkoise will always pop up as the answer. In fact, it’s the only all-inclusive spot in the area strictly for adults. This resort covered not only our meals and drinks but also many water sports and activities.
First Impression
We chose Club Med Turkoise as we were in the mood for some sunshine and downtime, and it checked all boxes effortlessly. The resort sits right on Grace Bay, one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean, and the all-inclusive, adults-only setup was exactly what we were looking for.
The place recently went through a full renovation, and we could instantly tell. The pool and main bar were brand new, the reception area was fresh, and our Deluxe Room, though simple, was plenty modern. We had a lovely, furnished balcony along with a stunning sea view. While it’s not over-the-top luxury, it was undeniably comfortable and stylish. And thanks to the beach painting and teal walls, we were constantly reminded to relax and enjoy our seaside getaway.

Tons to Do
If you like to stay active on vacation, Club Med Turkoise is a great spot. We tried a bit of everything the resort had to offer. Beach volleyball, snorkeling, sailing, and everything in between were all included, and there’s plenty more if you want to pay extra. You can go scuba diving, wakeboarding, paddleboarding, or even try kitesurfing if you’re up for it. What made our experience better was the fact that the staff were friendly and always made it easy.
There’s also a good selection of land-based activities like tennis, fitness classes, and a small gym with yoga, cardio, and weights. We liked that we could be as active or as lazy as we wanted. There was no pressure, just options!

Food and Drinks
Meals at Club Med Turkoise were easy and enjoyable. The main Grace Bay Restaurant serves a continental breakfast and buffet-style lunch and dinner with a variety of cuisines, so there’s always something different to try. We ate there twice, and the food quality was consistently good.
For a more relaxed vibe, we liked Sharkies Grill & Beach Bar. It’s a beachside spot where you can grab burgers, tacos, and cocktails while watching the sunset or catching one of the evening shows. Meanwhile, Blue Coral Bar is the social hub of the resort, perfect for daytime drinks by the pool or a late-night cocktail. And if you want something a little fancier, the new Wine Cellar offers premium wines and spirits for an extra charge, plus the staff can arrange VIP service around the resort.
“No matter which dining spot you choose, the food here is always second to none.”

Other Turks and Caicos All Inclusive Resorts for Adults Only
Aside from Club Med Turkoise, we still have a few recommendations that you may love. While they may not be strictly adults-only and all-inclusive, they still deliver a very similar upscale experience: luxury setting, easy access to the beach, strong amenities, and plenty of included activities.
Ambergris Cay
If you want a luxurious, all-inclusive experience, check out Ambergris Cay. From the quick private flight to the island to being handed our own golf cart, everything was easy and personal. This gay-friendly hotel in Turks and Caicos is small and it has a few villas and suites. Our villa was right on the beach with its own pool, so we never had to take a dip with strangers. Meals were both fresh and delicious, and the chef even customized dishes for us. When we weren’t spoiling ourselves with food, we were paddleboarding, snorkeling, or just cruising around the island. If you want a quiet, laid-back spot that still feels high-end, this is the place.

Seven Stars Resort & Spa
We have nothing but great things to say about the Seven Stars Resort & Spa, one of the best hotels in Turks and Caicos. It’s not an all-inclusive or adults-only, but with several good restaurants, plenty of amenities, and a staff that clearly knows how to take care of both couples and families, it honestly didn’t matter. We liked that there was an adults-only pool for when we wanted some downtime, but also plenty of space for kids to have fun. There’s even a children’s playground as well as yoga classes for adults. Our suite came with a private balcony and a well-stocked kitchen, but if that doesn’t sound enough, consider the two-bedroom suite with ocean views.

Alexandra Resort
We also loved our stay at the Alexandra Resort, an all-inclusive spot in Turks & Caicos. The resort is right on Grace Bay Beach, so we were just steps from the water every day. Our suite was spacious, with a balcony, air conditioning, and a small kitchen area. We really liked that everything, including meals, drinks, and non-motorized water sports like kayaking and paddleboarding, was included. There were no surprise costs at all. The pool and swim-up bar were lively, and the food at the restaurants was always good with plenty of options. There’s even a free shuttle to their sister resort, which gave us more variety.

Where to Stay in Turks and Caicos
Grace Bay is the go-to area for most travelers visiting Turks and Caicos, and for good reason. It’s home to the island’s top resorts, restaurants, and shops, all set along the world-famous Grace Bay Beach, known for its soft white sand and crystal-clear water. Everything you need is within easy reach, from beach bars and snorkeling spots to sunset cruises and boutiques. It’s the perfect base for first-time travelers, families, or anyone who wants that classic, convenient Caribbean resort experience.
If you’re after something a bit quieter, Long Bay Beach is just a short drive from Grace Bay but feels like a world away. Its calm, shallow waters and steady breezes make it a hotspot for kiteboarding and paddleboarding, while the area’s luxury villas and boutique resorts keep things peaceful and private.
For those who prefer space and seclusion, the Chalk Sound and Sapodilla Bay area is a stunning choice. The lagoon here is famous for its surreal turquoise color, and the calm coves are perfect for kayaking or just floating around. Most places to stay are private villas or vacation rentals, which makes it great for families or groups who want a relaxed home base with incredible views.
