Hotel Jakarta Amsterdam

Hotel Jakarta Amsterdam undoubtedly ranks among the finest hotels for businesspeople in the city. This 4-star hotel effortlessly combines professionalism with comfort for an outstanding stay. We were thoroughly impressed by both its cutting-edge business center and the authentic tropical touches (complete with indoor tropical gardens!). The hotel’s prime location near attractions like the Artis Royal Zoo and Anne Frank House also struck the perfect balance between work and leisure, letting us easily explore the city.
Now, business services-wise, the hotel boasts eight meeting rooms, giving us the perfect setting for every presentation and discussion. And not only that, but the specs of each meeting room were just top-notch. We were able to smoothly hold hybrid livestream meetings with the help of professional staff from the hotel.
That said, the guestroom here also provided an equally exceptional experience. The plush bedding and ergonomic furnishings ensured us a restful stay. The stunning river views from our room balcony also helped a lot when the day was especially tiring.

Hotel Library Amsterdam

In our quest for the perfect businessperson hotel in Amsterdam, we stumbled upon a true gem: Hotel Library Amsterdam. Established in 2015, this quaint hotel is basically how you’d imagine a library with accommodation would be. The hotel’s wall-to-ceiling library creates the perfect setting for a productive day of working. It exudes this warm and cozy feeling and makes us feel like we weren’t merely crunching up numbers on our laptops.
“The small nook by the library is by far my favorite spot. Even if I was only doing mundane office work, I felt like I was main character of an indie movie. I know it sounds ridiculous, but it did help me be more productive, and honestly, when in Amsterdam (business trip or not) anything goes!”
WOW Travel
The library aesthetic added to the experience, but the hotel’s business center also greatly helped us. It has all the standard facilities, including a copy-printing-faxing machine. So we got our work done with no problem.
Furthermore, the guestrooms were as comfortable as they could be. Complete with a private bathroom, a plush bed, a TV, and most importantly, a coffee machine, we had nothing to complain about.

The Crowne Plaza Amsterdam is a business hotel through and through. It’s located in Zuidas, with the Amsterdam Zuid station just 5 minutes away from the hotel. The hotel also provided us with a business center and six meeting rooms, all ranging in size and complete with the necessary audio-visual equipment. When we had our company event, we used the biggest meeting room, which could hold up to 145 guests. Our event could only be as successful as it was with the help of the hotel’s trained staff. We really couldn’t do it without the hotel helping us organize, decorate, and cater the venue.
Moreover, the business services aren’t the only thing the hotel excels at. The extra features that the hotel has truly made our business trip less tiring. The on-site snack bar kept us fueled throughout our stay, and the wonderful cuisine at the hotel’s restaurant was a welcome reward after a long day (we’re still thinking about their dim sum to this day!). Best location. One of the strongest suits of Eden Hotel Amsterdam is its strategic location, which, to us working travelers, is a feature that we deem most important. Located right in the City Center, this hotel enabled us to easily reach important destinations and offices. With the hotel so close to many public transportation stations, we were able to save time traveling and be more productive during our business trip.

Best hotels for a long stay. The Element Amsterdam was especially suitable for us business travelers when we had to stay in Amsterdam for a long period of time. Firstly, it’s located in Zuidas, so getting around the financial district is more accessible. And secondly, the hotel’s guest room is equipped with all the necessary amenities that make our long stay comfortable. Each room has a fully-equipped kitchen, complete with a stovetop and kitchenware. There’s also a microwave and a sink. Meanwhile, the laundromat is available for all guests. We mainly use the business center for our day-to-day work and occasionally the meeting room for our board meetings. Best event venue. The Bilderberg Garden Hotel is yet another luxurious hotel in the Ous Zuid area that’s perfectly apt for business travelers. For starters, the hotel has excellent business services, from a business center to three event spaces that are suitable for all kinds of gatherings. Moreover, the event spaces can be combined into a bigger venue that accommodates 150 guests. Although, in our case, we mostly use a meeting room for our meetings and presentations. Fortunately for us, they were all adequately equipped, and most importantly, the natural lighting in the rooms made our meeting less stuffy and boring.
One other feature we liked most about the hotel was the quiet and serenity that it gave us. Even though the hotel was located in the city’s business center, it was still secluded enough not to be rowdy. The surrounding gardens certainly help in giving the hotel a tranquil atmosphere. This works perfectly for us since we could meet and network with our partners peacefully outdoors. Plus, the beautifully pruned garden was a feast for the eye.
Now, when it comes to the hotel’s accommodation, we were pleased to find spacious guestrooms with plenty of amenities. The floor-to-ceiling window was definitely a nice touch to the room. The direct sunlight plus the view kept us refreshed throughout our business trip.
