Kicking off this list is the Hotel Royal-Nikko Taipei. Situated right on Chung Shan North Road, in the commercial district, it was incredibly convenient for our meetings. The accessibility was superb; just a quick 3-minute stroll to the MRT Chung Shan Station. Plus, the proximity to both airports minimized travel stress, a crucial factor for us time-sensitive business travelers.
For our stay, we utilized the B1 Conference Rooms for a series of small team meetings, and the Ming Court Banquet Hall on the 3rd floor was impressive for a larger presentation. The versatility of these spaces, coupled with the varied catering options, allowed us to host productive and well-received sessions.
The restaurants at this hotel are also a highlight. Le Café offered a reliable all-day dining experience, while Nakayama and Ming Court provided excellent Japanese and Cantonese cuisines, respectively. It was great to have such diversity within the hotel itself.

Our stay at the Sheraton Grand Taipei Hotel was largely positive. Set right in the Zhongzheng District, we really loved its location. We were directly across from the Shandao Temple MRT station and a short walk to 228 Peace Memorial Park.
Let’s talk about the meeting facilities. With 15 event rooms available, there was ample space for our team’s various sessions. The high-tech AV equipment and catering services also ensured that our meetings ran well and professionally. Meanwhile, the flexibility in room setups, from banquet to classroom, allowed us to tailor the space to our specific needs.
Need to relax? The seasonal rooftop pool provided a relaxing escape, and the gym allowed us to maintain our fitness routine. The spa area was also a welcome addition, though we didn’t have as much time to fully enjoy it.

We found the San Want Residence Taipei to be a great choice for business travelers. The location is convenient, just a short walk from the metro. Needless to say, we were able to explore the city easily. While the golden tower exterior was certainly grand, what truly stood out was the comfortable and well-equipped meeting spaces.
The lounge, with its cozy sofas and impressive fireplace, provided a relaxed atmosphere for informal discussions, and the projector and screen were a definite plus. For more formal meetings, the basement-level meeting rooms were excellent, boasting comprehensive audio-visual equipment and attentive service. We appreciated the flexibility of half-day and full-day bookings as well.
The San Want Residence also catered to our need for relaxation and fitness. The fitness center, though located in the basement, was well-maintained and stocked with modern equipment, allowing us to keep up with our exercise routines.

The proximity to both the Tamsui-Xinyi and Wenhu MRT lines allowed us to navigate Taipei’s business districts efficiently, saving us valuable time. Being at the intersection of Fu-Xing S. Road and Xin-Yi Road also placed us right in the heart of the action.
The meeting room, though singular, was perfectly adequate for our small team gathering, accommodating up to 52 people comfortably. The modern equipment ensured our presentations went smoothly, and the on-site business center, with its fax, printers, and computers, was a handy resource for last-minute document needs.
Moreover, we also appreciated the availability of Food Symphony, the on-site restaurant. We had the option to arrange business luncheons, which added a professional touch to our client interactions. Other notable amenities include a fitness center and a garden.

Still haven’t found the right Taipei business hotel? Take a look at the Regent Taipei! Its location is a major win. We were just a quick 5-minute stroll from Zhong Shan MRT Station. Plus, being so close to vibrant areas like Chifeng Street, Dadaocheng Dock, Dihua Street, and the Nanjing West Road Commercial Hub gave us the opportunity to do some local exploration between meetings.
When it came to work, the hotel also proved to be exceptionally well-equipped. We used one of their medium-sized rooms for a client meeting, and the setup was seamless. The expert event planners were incredibly helpful, ensuring everything from the technology to the catering was top-notch.
Moreover, we also loved the rooftop heated swimming pool. The city views from up there were beautiful. Apart from that, the dining options were also outstanding. We particularly enjoyed the traditional Japanese cuisine at Mihan Honke, the stylish ambiance was just what we needed.

There’s a lot to like about the Les Suites Taipei Ching Cheng. First, let’s talk about its location. Being a mere 20-minute drive from the Taipei World Trade Center and Taipei 101 significantly eased our daily commute. Plus, the quick 6-minute taxi ride to Songshan Airport made our departure seamless.
The hotel’s meeting room facilities were a real asset. With a capacity for 10-12 people, it was perfect for our small team meetings. On top of that, in-house guests like us are able to use the meeting room for free for the first two hours. Talk about generosity!
Furthermore, the Les Lounge on the ground floor proved to be a versatile space. We would head there for a comfortable breakfast. In the evening, it turned into a private lounge bar, which was our favorite spot on the property to have a drink.

Best Luxury. The Taipei Marriott Hotel certainly lives up to its reputation as a top business hotel in Taipei. The location was ideal for our needs, positioned right in the heart of the city’s burgeoning commercial district. Being close to major business hubs, technology parks, and the Taipei International Convention Center and Taipei World Trade Center Nangang was super convenient.
The hotel’s event spaces were particularly impressive. With 50,000 sq ft of adaptable space and 18 event rooms, the hotel caters to business events of all sizes. Meanwhile, the variety of meeting rooms, including the scenic rooftop garden and the grand Taipei ballroom, offered us unmatched flexibility and sophistication.
This hotel also offered us a truly luxurious experience. The five world-class restaurants and vibrant sky bar provided us with excellent dining and networking opportunities, while the luxurious spa and rooftop pool offered much-needed relaxation. The cherry on top? It was the breathtaking views of Taipei’s skyline.

Best Amenities. As business travelers, location is always key, and Miramar Garden Taipei didn’t disappoint. Nestled in the Zhongshan District, it offered a convenient 10-minute walk to the Zhongxiao XinSheng MRT Station, so we could get around the city easily. In addition to that, we were glad we could reach Sogo and Breeze Center in just 5 minutes for some retail therapy.
Our company utilized the hotel’s multi-functional rooms and banquet halls for a series of meetings, and we were impressed with them. They comfortably accommodated our varying group sizes, from smaller team meetings to larger presentations. The staff was also incredibly helpful in setting up the rooms and ensuring everything was covered.
If you have spare time, make sure to check out the fitness center. But if you don’t lift weights, you can de-stress at the sauna instead. The hot/cold water massage pool and steam chamber were fantastic. Our favorite, though, was the 25-meter outdoor swimming pool. We enjoyed relaxing poolside, grabbing drinks and snacks, and even managed a few laps to clear our heads.

Accessibility and professional amenities? The Hotel Metropolitan Premier Taipei has both! After landing at Taipei Songshan Airport, it took us only a 10-minute drive to reach the hotel. Even better, we mere two-minute walk to the nearest MRT station, which made navigating the city for meetings and client dinners incredibly efficient.
The hotel’s conference facilities were particularly impressive. We utilized the Matsu event room for a small-scale business conference, and it proved to be perfectly suited for our needs. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful, assisting with everything from setup to technical support, ensuring our presentations ran smoothly.
Beyond the event spaces, the sheer variety of dining and relaxation options was a pleasant surprise. With three restaurants, including a fantastic Japanese option, a bakery, and three bars, there was always something to suit our mood or schedule.

Best Location. One of the things that we loved the most about the Palais de Chine Hotel was its location. Being right next to Taipei Station and at the intersection of two subway lines was everything for us. Plus, having Q Square Mall right underneath was incredibly convenient. Need a quick gift? Zara’s right there. Forgot a toiletry? Just go to Kiehl’s.
For our meetings, the Grand Hall wasn’t what we expected. It was even more gorgeous in person. Those purple velvet chairs and the chandeliers made an impression. Additionally, you can also find five other multifunctional meeting rooms that are equipped with the best facilities.
During our stay, dining was a breeze as we were spoiled with choices. Our favorite, though, was the steak restaurant. For some workout, you can head to the in-house gym or swim a few laps in the swimming pool.

Best Value for Money. Sitting on top of this list is the Madison Taipei Hotel, which is conveniently located in the Da’an District. The location gave us a huge advantage, as we were within easy reach of Taipei 101, the bustling Xinyi Shopping District, and the refreshing greenery of Da’an Park. We could also reach the Daan MRT Station in just 10 minutes on foot.
We were there for work, and we utilized the VIP I meeting room, which was impressively clean, modern, and conducive to productivity. The option to combine it with VIP II for larger gatherings is a great feature. We appreciated the flexibility of half-day and full-day bookings, and the meal package was a convenient time-saver.
Need a drink? Head to the on-site URBAN331 bar. The extensive whisky selection, boasting 72 varieties, was amazing, and the signature cocktails were expertly crafted. The atmosphere was sophisticated and relaxing, with comfortable seating and soft jazz on the weekends. We enjoyed our time there a lot.
