The Ibis Nanjing Zhonghua offers an affordable rate for everyone. Most of the time, we don’t need the fanciest hotel. We only need a comfortable place for a good night’s sleep. Choosing a luxury hotel can be a waste of money. To keep our budget in check, this hotel is the one to go.
Ibis Nanjing Zhonghua sits in the Nanjing city center next to a shopping mall. Besides, it’s close to the Confucius Temple and canals. This is an excellent option for both business and leisure guests. Additionally, the hotel features a restaurant, bar, internet access, and a meeting room. It had everything we needed for a convenient stay in the heart of Nanjing.
Our air-conditioned guest room came with a flat-screen TV with cable channels. There was also a work desk so we could stay productive. The private bathroom came with complimentary bathroom amenities and hot shower facilities. Laundry and dry cleaning services were available. The tour desk can assist guests with making travel arrangements.

Best for budget travelers. This is another budget option we highly recommend. The Holiday Inn Nanjing Aqua City is one of the best options for first-timers. The first time we came to this city, we explored all day long. We didn’t have hours to spend just lying in the room. All we needed was a simple, comfortable hotel room. That’s why we recommend staying at this convenient budget hotel.
This hotel sits in Xinjiekou and Confucius Temple district. Here, we were within walking distance of metro lines 1 and 3. Also, the hotel connects to the Aqua City shopping mall. What we loved the most about it was the direct access to the shopping avenue. Shopping Fun and Maoye Plaza were also nearby. From here, we could walk to the Nanjing historical Qinhuai River to enjoy nature.
This hotel has 313 rooms, including 34 suites and 3 executives. All the guest rooms feature cable TVs, safe boxes, and a bathroom with bathrobes and a hairdryer. The hotel also provides rooms for those staying with children. They offer special children amenities. During our free time after exploring the city, we used the sauna facility to recover.

We loved our comfy home away from home. The Crowne Plaza Nanjing Jiangning is a convenient home base for everybody. It’s one of the comfiest hotels in the city we’ve ever stayed at. They offer a great price-to-value ratio compared to other hotels in the area. Ready to explore all the exciting attractions the city has to offer?
This hotel is only a 3-minute walk from Shengtai Road Subway Station. That way, we would have quick access to explore the city. The Crowne Plaza Nanjing Jiangning is only a few miles away from the Temple of Confucius. We could also visit Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum, which is close by.
They design the room to be elegant and spacious. All air-conditioned units come with a mini-bar, a satellite TV, and an in-room safe. There’s also a seating area with a sofa so we can relax and unwind. Guests can laze in a soothing massage or work out at the fitness center. Playing in the games room also seems so much fun.

This hotel features a concierge and room service. Also, we can enjoy a pool and an on-site restaurant that are available on-site. And if we bring a car, we have access to free parking too so we never have to worry about parking fees.
When we stayed at the Novotel Nanjing East Suning, we never ran out of activities to do. We visited popular parks such as Purple Mountain, Xuanwu Park, and Nanjing Underwater World. Besides, this hotel is also within a short distance from Linggu Pagoda and Línggu Sì. It’s easy to explore the best Nanjing has to offer when we pick this hotel.

Best location. Central Hotel truly lives up to its name. This hotel sits in the core area of Xinjiekou’s financial and commercial center. Also, it’s surrounded by commercial, catering, cultural and entertainment places. What we love the most about it is its proximity to Deji Square. We loved window shopping in our free time, so when we visited Nanjing, this was always our ideal spot. Besides, it also offers quick access to the station and is close to the cultural street of the Republic of China on Changjiang Road.
This hotel has more than 300 elegant guest rooms. We enjoyed the warm courtyard view, but you can also pick a room with a city view, depending on your preference. The original flavor restaurant allowed us to taste the delicious Huaiyang cuisine. The Central Hotel commits to building an authentic Chinese service brand. They created a warm feeling at home so that we had the perfect experience.

When we stayed here, it felt like our time was never enough because there was much to try. The majestic Hanzhong Gate was also only a five-minute walk away. If you’re not feeling like exploring, switch to staycation mode instead! Enjoy a game of tennis, exercise in the gym, or unwind in the sauna room. Massage services are also available upon request.

The best thing about staying here was the proximity to Nanjing’s top attractions. Nearby landmarks such as Nanjing 1912 JieQu and the Ruins of the Ming Palace were within walking distance. We were also close to some of the best restaurants in the city. We tried popular spots like Selección Española and JinLiang Suan Cai Yu. For more adventure, you can also explore Nanjing City Wall and Xuanwu Park, all within walking distance.
Our room at the InterContinental Nanjing came with a flat-screen cable and iPod dock. All rooms were non-smoking and offered a tea and coffee maker. We also had a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. A mini-bar, ironing facilities, and an electric kettle are also available. We loved the fact that each room featured an air purifier so we got to breathe some fresh air. Besides, we appreciated the stunning lake view from our window.
