We begin with the Millennium Hotel Sirih Jakarta in the Indonesian capital. This four-star hotel sits in the busy and buzzing shopping and business district in lively Jakarta and is a stone’s throw from the top attractions in the city. Additionally, it’s a mere 30-minute drive to Soekarno–Hatta International Airport. So, they do offer assistance for drop-offs and pick-ups to and from the airport, but for a fee.
Featuring views of either the pool or the city, the polished rooms and suites here feature flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, room service, and sleek, modern bathrooms. What’s more, upgraded rooms added access to a club lounge with free drinks and breakfast. If that wasn’t enough, some suites even added whirlpool baths, kitchenettes, and living rooms. They’re all quiet oases, and they’re waiting for you.
You could take a break for drinking and dining at one of the many restaurants, bars, and cafes at the property. When we had the time, we could unwind at the outdoor pool or with afternoon tea at the bakery. Finally, freebies included an airport shuttle (paid), parking, and breakfasts. Did we mention that the property even had a spa, a hot tub, and outdoor seating? Yep.

Imagine an airport that’s located right on a lake and less than 10 minutes from the town center. We’re talking about Queenstown Airport, which sits on Lake Wakatipu with some of the most scenic views in the world. Sitting less than 10 minutes from it is the Copthorne Hotel & Apartments Queenstown Lakeview, which also boasts unobstructed, sweeping views of Lake Wakatipu. This sophisticated escape is surrounded by gorgeous nature, is right in the heart of Queenstown.
We loved the unassuming rooms, suites, and apartments, the best of which offer sweeping, unobstructed views of Lake Wakatipu from their private terraces. However, they all feature modern comforts, such as living rooms with sofas, kitchens, comfy bedrooms, swanky bathrooms, and even flat-screen TVs and Wi-Fi. No matter whether you get a room, a suite, or an apartment, they’re all very spacious. If you don’t have views of the lake, even then, you get views of the gorgeously lush private courtyard.
We could enjoy amazing lake views from the casual restaurant as well. Since this is a high-end extended stay Copthorne establishment, there were a bunch of additional amenities. These included complete breakfasts, a hot tub, a fitness room, and even a ski storage/drying room.

As the world’s second most-visited holy city for Muslims, Madinah is both a hub for religious and pilgrimage significance and for culture and business. Set right alongside Prince Mohammad Bin Abdulaziz International Airport, the five-star luxury hotel of Millennium Madinah Airport sits within walking distance of the airport! A convenient all-day dining restaurant serves all meals, as the name suggests, including fantastic breakfast buffets. What’s more, they serve a wide variety of delicious local and international cuisines, including popular local favorites.

Located just a five-minute drive from Boston Logan International Airport sits The Bostonian Hotel Boston in the state of Massachusetts, USA. Blending contemporary elegance and old-world charm and history, this North End Boston hotel is a AAA Three Diamond-rated hotel sitting in one of Boston’s most coveted locations, but it doesn’t have complimentary transfers to the airport.
On the outside, the redbrick façade feels nostalgic, while on the inside, the classic interiors are an iconic blend of comfortable new and alluring old-world charm. The rooms and suites are as spacious as luxurious, with charming amenities like working fireplaces and Juliette balconies to peer at the lovely views. Of course, they all have mod-cons like coffeemakers, flat-screen TVs, comfy beds, and luxurious bathrooms. Downstairs, the hotel has a plethora of amenities, starting with the refined restaurant/bar, which also has a lounge and even a terrace. What’s more, the hotel even had a bunch of other amenities, including a business center, a 24/7 fitness center, and a massive conference space.

The contemporary and award-winning Millennium Airport Hotel Dubai has been recognized as the Leading Airport Hotel in the Middle East at the 2025 World Travel Awards for the 13th time since 2008! In fact, it was also hailed as the Leading Airport Hotel for 2025 in the United Arab Emirates, and frankly, we’re not surprised. Firstly, this exceptional hotel sits just off Airport Road, a mere five-minute drive from Dubai International Airport (DXB) as well as a stone’s throw from the Al Garhoud Metro Station. Secondly, the hotel offers complimentary airport transfers from and to Dubai International Airport (terminals T1 & T3 only), which can be requested by contacting the concierge.
That said, the amenities at this four-star hotel are fantastic. First of all, we had the distinctive choice of as many as eight different restaurants. What’s more, they offered a gamut of cuisines like Japanese, Italian, Mexican, and international fare. We especially loved the range of leisure options, which included a fully equipped fitness center, a salon, a spa, and the zenith, a gorgeous outdoor swimming pool with a pool bar. Did we mention that there’s even a kids’ playground and an expansive garden area? Yes! So, it’s perfect for families too.
We had the choice of nearly 350 spacious accommodations, including Grand, Deluxe, and Superior Rooms, as well as Executive Deluxe Suites. What’s more, they all had room service, pool/city views, minibars, free Wi-Fi, and flat-screen TVs, besides separate sitting areas in suites and 24/7 room service in all rooms.

Sitting a three-minute drive across the A1 autoroute from Charles de Gaulle Airport in Roissy-en-France sits the Millennium Hotel Paris Charles De Gaulle in Paris. What’s more, the airport is a mere 5-minute shuttle ride, with complimentary morning shuttles leaving every 1.5 hours between 6 am and 10:30 am. Meanwhile, afternoon complimentary shuttles leave every 1.5 hours between 5:30 and 10 pm. Between 10:30 am and 5:30 pm, you can book taxis for a charge from the reception.
The greenery surrounding the hotel makes for a restful, serene atmosphere, making it the perfect one-day getaway from the busy city pace before you catch a flight out. Besides free parking, the hotel also features an indoor pool with a sauna, where we could actually relax after a hectic itinerary of exploring Paris and the surrounding regions. A bar, a pub, and an informal brassier complete the drinking and dining experiences. Did we mention that the hotel also offers packages that include breakfast? Yep.
Choose from a host of laidback rooms and suites with natural wood accents and mod-cons like coffee and tea-making equipment, satellite TVs, and luxe bathrooms. In fact, Club rooms and suites even add a continental breakfast in the club lounge and free Wi-Fi. However, room service is available across the board.
