Best Location. Let’s start this list with Mockingbird Estate, one of the most luxurious villas for rent in LA. Spending your days in this airy villa is an excellent way to enjoy Los Angeles, California. Set on the famous Sunset Strip, some of LA’s best attractions are just moments away from the villa. During our stay, we found plenty of amazing boutiques, clubs, and restaurants around the famous area. Also, the number of billboards never failed to drop our jaw!

But you don’t always have to venture out to have fun. On-site, there are large sun decks and patio areas for entertainment. One of our favorite activities when we were spending our time there was to chill in the pool area. We had a blast relaxing in the pool while enjoying the stunning views of the surroundings. And if you’re not in the mood for a dip, you can read your favorite book in the cabana.

This villa is a nice choice for a group of 12, as there are six well-equipped bedrooms. For the best experience, we recommend staying in the 2,500-square-foot master suite. Needless to say, it was our favorite room! It offers stunning views of the city, a seating area, and a spotless en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and tub. The other five bedrooms are also comfortable. They come with queen-sized bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. Aside from the bedrooms, we also fancy the exquisitely designed kitchen. It’s the perfect spot for hosting dinner parties and has a dining area that can comfortably seat up to 12 people. Better yet, a huge lounge area also includes a stylish bar.

Abbey House

Most Comfortable. Looking for villas to rent in LA is easy, but if you want something a little homier and down to earth, take a look at the Abbey House! This is the perfect home away from home. This amazing villa is perfectly situated near some of Los Angeles’ top restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. It took us only five minutes to reach Beverly Hills by car. We also had the chance to visit the Hollywood Walk of Fame, which was only half an hour away from the villa. Set in West Hollywood’s west end, it’s the perfect base for you and your precious ones.

Blessed with an inviting design, the living area and gourmet kitchen make this villa super homey. We had so much fun testing out various recipes as the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The indoor dining area is small but comfy, with seating for five. Additionally, there’s also a charming private garden with an in-ground hot tub, a BBQ, and a cabana. If you want a breath of fresh air, we highly recommend spending some time outdoors!

Also listed as one of the top rental villas in California, it features three spacious bedrooms. You and your family are guaranteed a good night’s sleep every night. But when you’re here, you should stay in the Master Suite! Compared to others, it’s significantly bigger and comes with plenty of extras. It has a spotless, en-suite bathroom with double vanities, a walk-in closet, and a shower. We enjoyed our stay here, and we’re sure you will, too!

Venus Modern

Best for Families. Set in Hollywood Hills, Venus Modern is another amazing villa for rent in Los Angeles! First, let’s talk about the location of this villa. Staying here allowed us to reach the best LA has to offer! If you’re here with your kids, you should take them to Universal Studios Hollywood and explore the themed lands! It’s only a short drive away from the villa. We went there and everyone in our group had a hard time erasing that silly smile on their face!

This modern and elegant home has state-of-the-art amenities that will awe everyone in your group. It can effortlessly entertain up to eight guests. The first time we stepped right into the villa, we were awed by the hallway’s exquisite Venini chandelier and glass staircase! They made us feel like we were in a castle. The living space is spacious and flawless, and we’re sure you won’t be bored even if you spend hours relaxing there. On top of that, a fully equipped kitchen with Miele appliances allows you to whip up whatever you want.

Meanwhile, all four bedrooms on the property come with en suite bathrooms. Three of them feature queen-sized beds, and one has a private balcony. Our favorite is none other than the master bedroom, which boasts a cloud-like king-sized bed, spa-style steam shower, and terrace access. During our stay, we religiously spent our time taking a dip in the outdoor pool whenever we had the chance. Or, you can chill on the lounger as you watch your little ones have fun in the water.

1006 Chantilly Rd

Most Luxurious. The 1006 Chantilly Rd is truly a masterpiece! One of California’s most luxurious vacation rentals, this villa has everything you need and more! The magnificent atrium, curved stairs, high ceilings, and open floor design make this villa one of the most modern options in California. Throughout our stay, we were also kept busy by the home gym! We also often had movie nights since the villa comes with a private theater.

Aside from that, you can also burn some calories in the infinity pool, which is accompanied by a seating area with a fire pit. Pretty cool, isn’t it? Lucky for you, that’s not all! If you’re the chef in the group, you should show your skills in the chef’s kitchen, which comes with Miele appliances and an LED countertop.

While there are eight bedrooms on-site, our favorite is the Master Bedroom. It’s big, bright, and comes with a spotless, spa-like bathroom! Better yet, all bedrooms feature king-sized beds. When we were there, we spent a night hosting a private party. It was the perfect opportunity since the villa can accommodate a lot! However, you should ask for approval before hosting one.

Melrose Oasis

Best for Small Groups. What we have here is a beautiful and serene villa. Set in West Hollywood, Melrose Oasis allows you to enjoy a relaxing stay with Hollywood Hills, Venice Beach, Santa Monica, and more in the vicinity. Apart from that, it’s also only a block away from Melrose’s shopping district, Melrose Avenue. It allowed us to enjoy the finer things in life while we were there. It was our go-to destination when we wanted to dine and have fun in style.

Speaking of which, this villa also boasts plenty of fine amenities. The open floor plan offers a nice indoor-outdoor flow for the ideal al fresco lifestyle. The highlight of this villa must be the sun-drenched garden, which has a small patio on the right-hand side and a table and chair. Furthermore, the dining room, kitchen, and main living area are all interconnected. You can also choose whether to dine outside or at the dining room table, which can accommodate up to six people. Meanwhile, the main living area allows you to relax and watch TV on the comfy sofa with your loved ones.

The four bedrooms on the property are ample in size. They’re not the biggest but they certainly a cozy place to have a rest after a day of explorations. The Master Suite is stunning and features a king-sized bed, built-in closets, and a spotless en-suite bathroom. It also has a private patio and a deck area. The other three bedrooms are all accessed off the main hallway and feature a queen-sized bed and a built-in closet.

Best Value for Money. Sitting on top of this list is the 2393 Mt Olympus Drive, a contemporary villa that’s set in Mount Olympus. We enjoyed every second at this villa, and we’re sure you’ll feel the same as well. The highlight of this villa has to be its pool area. Take a dip in the sparkling infinity pool and take in the jetliner views of the surrounding area! The views are especially beautiful during sunsets.

This Los Angeles villa for rent sure knows a thing or two about pampering its guests. During our stay, we never spent a day without working out in the home gym. Our kids also adored the modern home theater. Not in the mood for a movie night? Simply gather in the spacious living room!

Perfect for a group of BFFs and families, there are five well-appointed bedrooms on the property. They’re nothing short of spacious and comfy, but don’t spend too much time there! Instead of taking a nap, why not use the well-equipped kitchen and whip up everyone’s favorite dish? There’s also an artsy piano in the lounge area beside the kitchen. It was only a decoration for us since we can’t play piano, but it’s certainly a nice addition for some people.
