Situated on the shore, this home showcases the region’s natural beauty well. Plus, every corner of this villa is Instagram-worthy. When we wanted to enjoy some fresh air and let the sun kiss our skin, we’d step outside and chill in the outdoor lounge area or swim in the pool. For a more relaxing experience, we would sometimes pamper ourselves in the private spa.
Moreover, the huge dining room on the property can accommodate up to 14 people. Want to whip up a simple meal for everyone instead? Feel free to use the fully equipped kitchen. Perfect for a group of 12, countless seating arrangements are available in the villa. Our favorite, though, has to be the lounge area on the terrace. With bamboo sofas and a table, it’s the best spot at the villa to unwind and enjoy the refreshing breeze of Lake Como.
There are six bedrooms in total, and each of them is fitted with a comfy bed that guarantees a wonderful night’s sleep. Most of them also feature a huge terrace that allows you to enjoy the stunning lake views. In addition to that, all bedrooms feature an Apple TV and air conditioning. Situated on the northwest shore, the lakefront Migliore is a restored villa that’s worth your money. It’s where high-end amenities are matched by comfort and stunning lake views, so it’s not surprising if it’s considered one of the top villas in Lake Como to rent. That said, one of the things that surprised us the most was the welcome dinner upon our arrival! The buffet-style dinner was filling and exceptionally yummy. We had our food at the outdoor dining area, which faces the pool and the mountain.
Of course, there’s also a formal dining area indoors, with a table that can seat up to 18 people. Suitable for a group of 12, this villa boasts six bedrooms and bathrooms. All bedrooms are spacious and fitted with standard amenities. We stayed at one of the rooms on the first floor and it offered us breathtaking lake views. Meanwhile, the airy living room has a large flat-screen TV and inviting sofas.
Also, as we said earlier, this villa has a sparkling swimming pool. After a day of activities, we would enjoy a glass of a refreshing cocktail while half of our body was in the pool. Those who don’t swim can also relax and enjoy the sun on the sun lounger. Feel like exploring the area? This villa is only a short stroll away from the nearest village that offers many shops, restaurants, and cafes, making sure you’ll never run out of things to do and explore.

Another luxurious villa in Lake Como worth considering is Maria. As one of the best villas on this list, this one sure doesn’t disappoint. Renovated to the highest standards and luxuriously furnished throughout, this property ensures your stay will be memorable. How? Let’s start with the bedrooms. Ideal for a group of 14, all 7 bedrooms on the property are fitted with must-have amenities. We spent our nights in the king-sized bedroom, and there wasn’t a night where we couldn’t sleep. Even better, all of them have their own private bathroom.
The living room is equally impressive. It’s fitted with fine furniture and antiques. However, the show-stealer is none other than the 1911 Steinway blond wood Grand piano. Though we couldn’t play the piano, we certainly appreciated the addition. And while the living area is super comfy, we made sure to also step outside and take a dip in the bean-shaped swimming pool. This emerald pool is surrounded by trees and sun loungers.
Now, let’s talk about the service. The villa staff would always be at our disposal, allowing us to experience Lake Como at its best. There’s a daily housekeeper, a butler, a private chef, a gardener, and more. Not to mention, the staff would change our bed linen once a week every Wednesday, and our bath linen was changed daily. Of course, there’s also complimentary Wi-Fi and central heating.

Italy is home to beautiful villas. While the villas in Venice are among the most beautiful, we think Vista Lago is just as stunning. Thanks to its hilltop position, this property has the privilege of offering guests unmatched views stretching from the headland of Bellagio to Nesso. Speaking of its location, it also offers access to some of the most picturesque towns in Europe, which is a huge plus.
Looking for entertainment that’s not too far away? There’s a historic 18-hole golf course that took us only a short drive. Sounds perfect, right? To create a timeless ambiance, this villa is equipped with antique paintings and luxurious furnishings, which might be a huge deal for some travelers like us. They made us feel like we were at an art exhibition.
Suitable for a group of 11, there are six bedrooms in total. One bedroom on the ground floor features an en suite bathroom and access to the private terrace. Four more bedrooms are set on the first floor, and they offer pretty much the same amenities as the first bedroom we just mentioned. The last bedroom, which is ideal for kids, is on the second floor, and it has a twin bed and an en suite bathroom as well. Best of all, this villa is fully staffed!

Commanding fantastic views over Lake Como, Evania is another spectacular choice. The location of this lakefront villa is truly hard to beat. As one of the best villas in Lake Como for rent, this four-bedroom home allowed us to enjoy days of sun and sublime views. Perfect for all types of travelers, we’re sure your Instagram feed will soon be flooded with pictures of this villa’s surrounding views.
As we said earlier, there are four bedrooms in total, which are divided between the two floors. Three of them allow you to enjoy panoramic views across the lake. The fourth bedroom is smaller than the rest, which is ideal for kids. It also comes with a single chaise-style bed. We were thrilled to find that all rooms were bright and fitted with everything we possibly needed.
Whenever we wanted to soak up the sunshine, we’d spend some time on the terrace. We would also occasionally relax by taking a dip in the heated swimming pool. If swimming isn’t your thing, feel free to laze on the lawn and watch boats sail by. Apart from that, there’s a soothing whirlpool that can soak your stresses away. It was the perfect spot for us to relax our muscles after a busy day exploring the area. When it’s time for dinner, we’d enjoy our food in the al fresco dining area. Oh, have we mentioned that pets are welcome, too?

For those who want to rent a villa in Lake Como and spend their days like royalty, Dada should be the number one choice. With eight bedrooms and tons of lounge areas, it is ideal for multigenerational gatherings. It offers plenty of amenities and activities to keep everyone entertained under the same roof. Throughout its four floors, guests will find comfortable rooms to spend their time in. We never had to hurry when showering as each bedroom is fitted with its own bathroom. Additionally, the bedrooms allow everyone in the family to feel a sense of privacy. Plus, the sizeable communal areas make gatherings more enjoyable.
Though the beautiful surroundings are worth exploring, we doubt you’ll want to leave this villa. That’s because it offers plenty of excellent facilities to keep you busy, like a heated outdoor swimming pool. It was our go-to spot whenever we wanted to relax. And when we were craving some friendly competition, we’d have fun on the tennis court or in one of the two game rooms.
