Best Beachfront. You won’t regret spending your nights at Kaiku, one of the coziest options in the territory. One of the things we like the most about this villa is its location. As a beachfront property, it allowed us to access the beach easily. Not to mention, it also has a private dock with two kayaks. If going to the beach sounds too tiring, you can swim in the shaded swimming pool or soak in the hot tub to relax without being disturbed.
Meanwhile, the open-air gazebo shades the dining area, and there’s also an outdoor kitchen nearby. Like other luxury Cayman villas, the living area on this property is nothing short of spacious. It has a flat-screen TV, a sound system, and a comfy seating area. It was our go-to spot whenever we wanted to gather and spend some quality time. Not to mention, there’s also a media room where everyone can enjoy their favorite movies.
Moreover, there are five bright bedrooms in the Main House, and each of them comes with an en-suite bathroom. My favorite, however, is the beachfront bedroom, which boasts an oceanfront balcony. However, the bathroom is shared with another bedroom. Meanwhile, the detached Carriage House is ideal for those who want more privacy, as it has its own seating area and two bedrooms.

Best Budget. Staying at one of the best luxury villas in Cayman Islands doesn’t have to cost you everything! Villa Mora is the perfect example of that. This accommodation balances luxury and comfort really well. With around 8,000 square feet of living space and beachfront access, my group had plenty of room to spread out. However, our favorite thing to do during our stay was enjoying the ethereal sunset views of South Sound.
We also highly recommend taking a dip in the swimming pool or simply relaxing in the whirlpool spa during your free time. Aside from that, the oceanfront cabana, outdoor kitchen, and bar will help you have an enjoyable stay. One of our favorite spots on the property is the huge living room. It’s one of the coziest spots on the property, perfect for catching up with your friends and family.
Furthermore, there are two media rooms on the property, so both kids and adults can be entertained. Meanwhile, the den provides a quiet place to unwind. When it’s time to cook, we would prepare our food in the fully-equipped kitchen. You can expect high-quality stainless steel appliances. Finally, there are seven spacious bedrooms in total that can sleep up to 18 guests.

Best Value for Money. Set on the northern tip of Grand Cayman is Fischers Reef, one of the most affordable villas available. It’s only a mile away from Rum Punch Club in Rum Point, making it the ideal base for divers and snorkelers. Apart from that, we really love its beachfront location. Whenever you long for the sand and the waters, all you have to do is step outside.
Furthermore, you’ll find a spiral staircase on the pool deck that lets you access the scenic balcony area. Witness the sunset from there and thank us later! Meanwhile, the oceanside cabana and cozy hammocks are some of the villa’s most comfortable spaces. It allowed us to relax and enjoy the sounds of rolling waves and rustling palm trees.
In addition to that, the living area of this villa is also spacious. We were able to relax in the cozy seating area in front of the huge 75″ LED TV. When we were hungry, we would whip up some dishes in the well-equipped kitchen. Also, you can find four bedrooms with a king-sized bed on the main level, including the master suite. It comes with its own balcony overlooking the coast. Our favorite, it let us enjoy our morning coffee with a view. On the pool level, there are three bedrooms and one bunk bedroom. Oh, there’s also an additional sleeper sofa in the living area, allowing the villa to accommodate up to 20 people!

Best for Large Groups. If you don’t want to spend too much on accommodation but still want to experience one of the nicest villas in the area, you’re in for a treat! Enter Twin Palms Grand Cayman, one of the more budget-friendly villas to rent in Grand Cayman. This oceanfront villa is set in the Rum Point district and allowed us to be only steps away from the sandy beach. We love its location, which is perfect for a tranquil beach retreat. Plus, there are plenty of eateries nearby.
When it comes to amenities, you can expect nothing less from this property. We love the beautiful outdoor pool and infinity hot tub. We were able to relax and spoil ourselves after a tiring day of exploring the neighborhood. For entertainment, there’s also a pool table and shuffleboard table. On top of that, this villa also has multiple dining areas. When it’s raining, feel free to dine indoors. But when the weather allows, you can enjoy your dishes outdoors with the gorgeous oceanfront views.
This single-story modern home is designed to house large families. With seven spacious bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 14 people. What’s more, some of them boast stunning ocean views and an en-suite bathroom. As comfy as it is, we don’t recommend spending the whole day in your room. Talk to your loved ones and create memories in the media room, where everyone can enjoy their favorite movies on a comfortable sofa.

Sea Orchard Retreat

Best Amenities. Another villa worth considering is the Sea Orchard Retreat. This beautiful villa offers individuals, families, and large groups the opportunity to relax and simultaneously enjoy watersports and wellness treatments from private vendors. Regarding the location, this villa is only 10 minutes away from golfing, watersports, dining, and leisure attractions of Seven Mile Beach. Apart from that, we were also able to visit the shops at George Town and Camana Bay, which only took us a short drive.
Moreover, this villa offers guests four private two-bedroom and two-bathroom cottages, so there’s more than enough space for everyone. There are eight bedrooms in total, and the entire villa can accommodate up to 22 people. Each of the cottages is also named after fruits, which include Avocado, Mango, Papaya, and Pomegranate Cottage. Each cottage has a Master Suite, which boasts a jacuzzi tub.
It also boasts a huge resort pool with a heated spa. Thanks to that, we were able to spoil ourselves whenever we wanted to. And when we needed to burn some extra calories, the in-house fitness center was always ready to welcome us. There, you’ll find all the latest equipment you’ll ever need. Plus, there are multiple beachfront cabanas for reading, yoga, and massage, so you’ll never run out of things to do.

Most Luxurious. While there are many great villas in the Cayman Islands, nothing can beat Kempa Caribe when it comes to premium lifestyle. It’s undoubtedly one of the finest villas in the area. With an exceptionally lavish setting and jaw-dropping amenities, this villa is the ultimate destination for travelers longing for privacy, luxury, and pampering. We were lucky enough to be able to spend a few nights at this palatial accommodation.
Thanks to its 48,000 square feet of interior space, it can easily accommodate up to 16 people. Furthermore, this four-level European estate also provided us with a serene and polished atmosphere, mostly because of its modern furniture and huge glass windows. We think the basement is perfect for families and has plenty of spots for your kids to play, including a kids’ playroom, games room, and more. The heart of this villa is none other than its 5,000 sq ft great room, which offers views of the Caribbean Sea. It’s safe to say that it’s our favorite spot on the property.

During our stay, we often found ourselves having some of the best times of our lives in the spa center or sauna. Speaking of relaxation, guests are also invited to take a relaxing mid-day dip in the private pool and hot tub. Additionally, the private tennis and pickleball courts are also waiting for you. Apart from that, this high-end villa also boasts a comfy home theater with cozy seating. Moreover, all bedrooms come with their own en-suite bathroom. Best of all, all floors can be accessed via an elevator! Super convenient, right?

For instance, the games room is on the same level as the kids’ bedrooms, so they won’t have to run up and down the stairs. Besides that, it also offers a multi-level outdoor space and a beachfront location, giving you plenty of things to do in the Cayman Islands.
- Moon Kai: Perfect for a group of 14 or less, this seaside villa has everything you need and more. The interior has a soaring ceiling and balconies, making you feel like you’re staying in a castle.
- Residence Two: This beachfront villa has to be one of the most luxurious options available. Inside, you’ll find high-end finishes and modern furniture. The best part of this property is its top floor, which is dedicated to the Ultra-Master Suite. It comes with a big balcony overlooking the swimming pool.
- Hilltime: What we have here is a spacious single-story villa set in Rum Point. Thanks to its beachfront location, one can always enjoy the sand whenever they want. Plus, there are five comfortable bedrooms to accommodate up to 12 people.
