Best for families. Sitting at the top of the list of the best Orbitz Paris resorts is the Marriott’s Village d’Ile-de-France. The sprawling Disney Vacation Club hotel sits in the idyllic suburban golf community of Bailly-Romainvilliers. Not only is it a mere 10-minute drive to Paris Disneyland, but it’s also close to the train station. Downtown Paris is less than an hour from there, and Charles de Gaulle Airport is just 15 minutes away. If you want to get away from the bustle, this is it.
The service here is excellent, especially since the front desk staff gives you multiple locations regarding room location. Moreover, they’ll even enquire about any special requests, like early check-in, late check-out, etc. Not only that, but they also welcomed us with a box of chocolates and gave us a calendar of all activities, a shuttle schedule, and the resort map. The resort is like a French village dream and boasts a restaurant, a bar, and a minimarket so you can do your own shopping and cooking. Two pools, a seasonal outdoor one and a year-round indoor one, were the highlights of the property. There was also a well-equipped gym, but the entertainment and activity roster was the standout. The extensive schedule included cooking lessons, crafts, movie nights, and more. Did we mention the kids’ club? Yes!
Choose from two/three-bedroom townhouses and studios, which feature living rooms, dining areas, fully equipped kitchens, and even American-style washer/dryer systems. If you’re looking for an extended stay place, then this resort is perfect.
