Blue Bay Platinum
11
Our first pick is the Blue Bay Platinum, which is only a short walk from the beach. It was great having access to a private section of sand, but we actually spent a lot of our time hanging out by the pools. Yep, they have both indoor and outdoor options depending on the weather. The spa was also a nice perk for when we wanted to just chill out for a bit.
Our room was very updated and clean, with a modern look and tiled floors that kept things feeling cool. We had our own private balcony, a fridge for our snacks, and a flat-screen TV. We also appreciated that the Wi-Fi worked everywhere in the hotel, not just in the lobby, which made it easy to plan our days.
When it came to food, we mostly stuck to the main buffet since they had a good variety of international stuff, though there were a couple of à la carte restaurants on-site too. They usually had some kind of live music or a show going on during dinner, which kept things lively. Additionally, the hotel also boasts a bar, a tennis table, and a kids’ club.

Orka Lotus Beach

Let’s get straight to the point — you must stay at Orka Lotus Beach! This hotel is tucked right into a pine forest about 15 minutes away from the middle of Icmeler, so it feels secluded but isn’t a trek to get to town. The 700-yard private beach is huge, with two different jetties, so we always found a spot to hang out. When we weren’t at the beach, we were usually at the water park or checking out the spa. They’ve got a solid set of amenities, including a hammam, a sauna, and a gym, plus things like tennis and billiards if you’re feeling active.
The rooms at Orka are pretty cool, styled with a lot of wood and glass furniture. Ours had a balcony and a safe for our stuff, but the best part was definitely the mini-bar. They restocked it every single day with water and beer. We also had a coffee and tea station right there, which was great for waking up before heading down to breakfast.
For food, we had plenty of options since it’s an ultra-all-inclusive property. We toggled between the main buffet and the à la carte spots. They have everything from Italian and seafood to a steak and Ottoman place. We also spent a fair amount of time at the lobby bar because the local drinks are included for free!

Elite World Marmaris

Best for Couples. What made us decide to stay at Elite World Marmaris was the adults-only setting. It’s located in a quieter part of the region, making it a great choice if you’re looking to avoid the usual noise and want somewhere more intimate.
The food situation was pretty solid and convenient. We spent our mornings at the buffet, which had a good mix of local and international options, and spent most of our afternoons grabbing drinks at the beach bar. On one of the nights, we opted for the on-site à la carte restaurant, which was a nice change of pace for when you want a quieter, more sit-down dinner experience. Plus, the service from the staff was excellent.
In terms of facilities, the hotel has a nice outdoor pool and a spa area that we found perfect for actually unwinding. It’s a great spot for couples who just want to get away from their daily routines without a lot of fuss.

Green Nature Diamond

The Green Nature Diamond is another great beachfront hotel in Marmaris all inclusive. We never ran out of things to do, thanks to the massive swimming pools and the thrilling watersports on the sand. When we needed a break from the sun, the spa was our go-to for some serious pampering.
The dining was a major highlight for us, with a massive spread that covered everything from fresh, authentic Turkish flavors to our favorite international dishes. Additionally, snacks and drinks were kept flowing all day long, so we never had to worry about where our next meal was coming from. Need a drink? Just head to the lively bar.
What’s great about this place is how well it caters to everyone. Families can make great use of the kids’ clubs, which give parents plenty of time to relax in the gardens. For us, the best part was the mix of fun and relaxation, especially catching the sunset during our evening walks along the beach.

Labranda Mares Marmaris Hotel

There are so many things to like about Labranda Mares Marmaris Hotel. The first one is the location. It’s perfectly tucked between the deep blue Aegean Sea and thick, green pine forests. It offered us a beautiful coastal breeze alongside the refreshing shade of the trees. It’s a fantastic spot if you’re looking for a scenic escape that feels connected to nature.
Then, there are the dining options. We mostly stuck to the buffet at Yunus Restaurant for breakfast and dinner, but we made sure to grab fresh seafood at Meyhane, too. During the day, we spent a lot of our time at the Sultan Bar and the pool bar. The cocktails were great, and there was always a snack or refreshment available.
There was plenty to do to keep us busy, whether we wanted to be active or just chill. We played some tennis and mini-golf, and we saw a lot of people heading out for watersports. When we needed to wind down, we headed to the spa or caught the live entertainment in the evening.

Marti Resort Deluxe Hotel
6
We stayed at the Marti Resort Deluxe Hotel for two nights, and they were some of the best nights we had in Marmaris. First, the location is beautiful, making it an easy spot to unwind without any of the typical travel stress. Because everything is included, we could just relax and enjoy the luxury of the resort without constantly reaching for our wallets.
The food was a major plus for us. We started each day with a huge buffet breakfast and kept fueled with snacks and ice cream available whenever we wanted. Lunch and dinner offered a massive variety of dishes, so there was always something new to try.
The resort is a perfect fit for both families and couples. Kids will 100% have a blast at the club, and parents can hit the spa or go shopping nearby. Also offering daily sports, live entertainment, and romantic beachside dinners, this hotel is dedicated to keeping everyone busy.

Club Aida
5
Best for Families. If you’re heading to Marmaris with the whole crew in tow, we think Club Aida is the ideal base for you. This place is made for families who want to have an action-packed vacation. So, what exactly does this hotel offer?
We have to start with the pool scene, which was our favorite thing about this hotel. There are multiple spots to take a dip, including dedicated areas for the little ones that kept our kids occupied for hours. When we weren’t lounging by the water, the entertainment program stole the show.
Food-wise, the all-inclusive setup takes all the stress out of mealtime. We found the dining options to be varied enough to keep everyone happy, even the pickier eaters among us. Also, don’t forget to check out the bar for one last drink before calling it a night.
“Exploring Marmaris was a must for us, but Club Aida’s amenities made a very tempting case for never leaving our sun lounger.”

Casa De Maris Spa & Resort
4
If you’re hunting for a “boutique-chic” vibe in Marmaris, Casa De Maris Spa & Resort is the answer. We fell in love with the sleek, modern design the second we arrived. Since we were craving a wellness reset, we spent most of our time in the pools and spa. The treatments were just as good as the reviews said!
The location is the ultimate sweet spot. We were just steps from the beach but close enough to the town center to dive into the local nightlife whenever we were in the mood. It made our evenings so effortless. One minute, we would be sampling different cuisines at the on-site restaurants, and the next, we would be wandering through the vibrant city streets, soaking up the energy.
While it’s a bit more of an investment than other spots, the upscale service and quality make it worth every penny. For a stylish and rejuvenating home base, we would totally check back into Casa De Maris in a heartbeat.

Ada Julian Marmaris

If convenience plays a major factor in deciding which hotel you want, take a look at the adults-only Ada Julian Marmaris. This hotel is right in the center of town, so it was incredibly easy for us to transition from a day at the pool to a night out. We also enjoyed having access to the freshwater pool and the on-site spa for massage treatments.
Our Double Room was great, equipped with air-conditioning and a balcony that offered a nice view of the sea. While there are fewer dining choices here compared to the massive resorts, we didn’t mind at all. There are so many places to eat just outside the hotel that we actually enjoyed the variety of exploring the local food scene right on our doorstep.
The hotel served as an excellent base for exploring this part of the Turkish coast. We appreciated the extra perks like yoga and fitness classes, and the free off-site parking was a huge help for our excursions. It’s a solid, modern choice for anyone who wants a convenient, central location.

The Beachfront Hotel
2
Best Nightlife. In Marmaris, the night is never too young, especially if you stay at The Beachfront Hotel. While the name gives it away, this hotel is much more than just another beachfront lodging. You’re right in the thick of one of Turkey’s busiest resort spots. It worked out great for us because we had the convenience of prepaid food and drinks, but could still step outside and be part of the local buzz immediately.
If you’re looking for a massive waterpark or 24/7 organized activities, this isn’t that kind of place, but we didn’t mind. Marmaris has so much nightlife and so many excursions right outside the door that we were always busy anyway. At the hotel, they had live music a couple of nights a week and a DJ the rest of the time to keep things lively. Plus, they have table tennis and a private beach area with free loungers and cushions, which is where we spent most of our downtime.
One thing we would definitely suggest is talking to the hotel about renting scooters. We did this to explore further out into the Marmaris peninsula, and it was well worth it. It’s a quick way to get away from the crowds and see the pine forests and local villages where they make that famous honey.

D Maris Bay

Best Luxury. Why settle for less when there’s D Maris Bay, arguably the best hotel in Marmaris, Turkey? Just a short distance away from Marmaris city center on the road to Datca, we found D Maris Bay, a 5-star retreat that takes luxury to a new level. This place feels much more exclusive than your typical all-inclusive resort. The location is incredible, tucked away in a rugged mountainous landscape with views of small islands scattered across the turquoise water.
The package covers pretty much everything we needed, from multiple gourmet restaurants serving international food to unlimited drinks at the bars. Our stay was filled with water sports adventures, a dip in the outdoor or indoor pool, and some downtime at the spa. Of course, you can also experience 2025’s most viral sport on the padel court. On top of that, the resort also provided us with a free shuttle to their private beaches (there are 5 in total).
While it’s definitely an expensive choice, we think it’s one of the best in the area for anyone who wants a mix of action and relaxation. It worked well for the couples we saw looking for secluded beaches, but there’s also plenty to keep families and adventure-seekers busy.

Where to Stay in Marmaris, Turkey
Staying in the right area can make your trip from good to amazing. This is why we highly recommend staying in Marmaris city center, the heart of the action and the best choice for first-time visitors. Staying here, everything you want is within walking distance. This area is divided into two main zones: Siteler, which houses many of the premium beachfront resorts, and Uzunyalı (Long Beach), which is famous for its vibrant nightlife and a pedestrianized promenade lined with bars and restaurants.
Located about 8 km (4.97 miles) from the city center, İçmeler is a greener, more relaxed alternative that is highly popular with families and couples seeking a quieter retreat. It features a cleaner, wider beach than the main town and is surrounded by pine-forested mountains, providing a stunning natural backdrop for your stay. While it has its own charming center with plenty of shops and cafes, it feels significantly less frantic than the main city center.
For travelers looking for the best value for their money or a more “local” feel, Armutalan is an excellent choice. Set slightly inland at the foot of the mountains, this neighborhood offers a peaceful environment away from the humid beachfront and crowded promenade. Because it’s not directly on the water, you can often find much larger resort properties with expansive pool complexes and better filtration of the typical tourist noise for a lower price point.
