The Sotetsu Fresa Inn Nagoya-Shinkansenguchi is a convenient base for business travelers. This hotel put us only a mere four-minute walk from the Taiko-dori Exit of JR Nagoya Station. Navigating the city and reaching our meetings were remarkably easy, eliminating the usual stress of commuting in a new locale.

Upon entering the lobby, we were immediately struck by the hotel’s signature scent. It was a fresh, subtly relaxing aroma that provided an instant sense of calm, a welcome respite after a long day of meetings. It was a small detail, but one that significantly contributed to our overall positive impression of the hotel.

Moreover, our room was well-equipped. We particularly appreciated the inclusion of an air purifier with a humidifying function. The Ryosui Kobo water purification system was another excellent feature, and the extensive array of amenities, including bath additives, facial cleansers, and a selection of tea bags, ensured we lacked for nothing.

Hotel Route Inn Grand Nagoya Fujigaoka Ekimae is a practical and budget-friendly business hotel. Its location in the Meito Ward district was convenient, particularly the quick five-minute walk to the Fujigaoka underground station. This made navigating the city simple, even with a busy schedule. The proximity to the Higashiyama Sky Tower, just a 10-minute drive away, was a nice bonus for a brief evening escape.

For our needs, the Double Room was a welcome upgrade in terms of space, offering a comfortable seating area to work or relax. The clean sheets and the availability of the VOD room theater were something that we didn’t expect. It may not be the fanciest, but it sure did its job well.

The hotel’s amenities catered well to our basic needs, too. We loved having quick meals in the on-site restaurant, and the daily buffet breakfast was hearty as well. The hotel also offered luggage storage, so we could explore the city without the burden of our bags.

Nagoya B’s Hotel

Best Budget. You don’t have to spend a lot to stay at a work stay in Nagoya. Nagoya B’s Hotel is proof! This hotel is only a quick five-minute walk from Fushimi subway station, making it easy to explore the city. What sold us, though, was the free shuttle service to and from Nagoya Station.

Our Single Room, while compact, was perfectly adequate for a short business trip. It was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. We spent two nights there and we always had a nice sleep. We particularly appreciated the PC, which was a definite plus for getting work done in the room.

What really set this apart from other business stays we’ve stayed in was the excellent amenities. The inclusion of a large public bath, jacuzzi, and sauna was fantastic. We also appreciated the massage chairs and the gym, which allowed us to maintain our fitness routine while on the road.

The Strings Hotel Nagoya

How can we say no to The Strings Hotel Nagoya? After all, it’s one of Nagoya’s top business stays! Location-wise, the hotel is only a 13-minute walk from Nagoya Station. As if that’s not enough, we also enjoyed the complimentary shuttle service. Getting around was a breeze.

What truly stood out for us were the hotel’s facilities for business events. The seven designer banquet halls offered a variety of settings, perfect for everything from small meetings to larger conferences. The attached kitchen, garden, and terrace also provided a luxurious atmosphere, which is a welcome change from the typical sterile conference room.

Finally, the dining experience at TEPPAN-YAKI TAKUMI was exceptional. The teppanyaki course was a delightful sensory experience. It was a perfect way to unwind after a busy day, and we’d highly recommend it to any business traveler looking for a memorable meal.

Best Views. If you want to spoil your eyes, you should stay at the Nagoya Prince Hotel Sky Tower. The location, a mere two minutes from Nagoya Station, was incredibly efficient for our tight schedule. Better yet, the sweeping views of Nagoya’s skyscrapers were always a welcome sight. Being close to Sasashima Live and the Nagoya City Science Museum also offered some interesting after-work exploration options.

The hotel’s event facilities were particularly impressive. We utilized the multi-purpose hall for a stakeholder meeting, and the versatility of the 2,606 sq m space was perfect for our needs. The ability to host everything from scientific conferences to exhibitions is a significant advantage, and the professional support provided ensured our event ran just as we wanted.

Furthermore, our Premium Corner King Room, located high above the city, provided a truly luxurious experience. The unique design, inspired by a cruise experience, with its porthole-like windows, mirrors, wooden interiors, and graphic artwork, created a memorable ambiance. The highlight, though, was the panoramic views of Nagoya Station and the Sakae area from our room.

The Nagoya Kanko Hotel isn’t just a business hotel, as it’s also a historic one. The hotel dates back to 1936, and we immediately noticed it through its classic and elegant design. Additionally, the hotel is located between Nagoya Station and Sakae. It gave us easy access to both business meetings and after-work dining and entertainment.

For larger corporate events, we’ve utilized the hotel’s impressive banquet facilities. The scale of the 3rd-floor hall, accommodating up to 1,000 people, is remarkable. We’ve also utilized the smaller banquet hall on the 2nd floor, depending on the number of attendees. The staff’s professionalism and attention to detail have consistently impressed us, ensuring smooth and successful events.

During our stay, we loved dining at the Kuretake restaurant. The kaiseki cuisine was truly exceptional, showcasing the chefs’ skill and the quality of the seasonal ingredients. It allowed us to experience authentic Japanese dining without leaving the hotel.

Among the top business hotels in Nagoya, the Hilton Nagoya Hotel is a standout. We found its location, which is in Nagoya’s bustling commercial district, to be one of its biggest selling points. We were only a stroll away from Fushimi Station. Even cultural landmarks like Osu Kannon temple and Nagoya Castle were only a short distance away.

For our meetings, the One O Five event space on the hotel’s high floor was nothing short of impressive. The panoramic city views provided a stimulating backdrop, while the state-of-the-art technology, including triple projection screens, digital recording systems, and LED flooring, ensured our presentations were impactful and professional.

Beyond the work-focused facilities, the hotel offered ample opportunities for relaxation. We’re talking about an indoor pool, a gym, and on-site dining options. The availability of room service and the unique perk of free bike rentals also added an extra layer of comfort to my stay.

The Courtyard by Marriott Nagoya is another solid choice for business travelers. First, its location in the business district is convenient. Though we were busy, we still had enough time for sightseeing thanks to the proximity to Nagoya City Science Hands-on Museum and Banshoji Temple.

The meeting facilities were a key factor for us, and the hotel checked all the right boxes. With two meeting rooms and a ballroom, there was ample space for our sessions. We particularly appreciated the option for teambuilding events, a nice departure from the typical, stuffy meeting room environment. The staff were professional and accommodating, ensuring everything ran without a hitch.

Breakfast was great, as we expected, especially the vegetarian option. Dinner at Crust restaurant also offered a good selection of international dishes, and the lounge bar was our favorite spot on the property to relax after hours of meetings.

We have a feeling you’ll also love the Nagoya Tokyu Hotel. First of all, this hotel is only a short walk from Sakae Subway Station. Thanks to the perfect location, we were able to navigate Nagoya without breaking a sweat. Even JR Nagoya Train Station is only a 15-minute subway ride away.

The hotel’s event spaces were a significant plus for us. Our conference ran smoothly, and the banquet hall’s 10-gigabit high-speed internet was truly impressive. We experienced no connectivity issues, which is crucial for presentations and virtual meetings. The staff was professional and attentive, ensuring our event was well-organized.

Finally, the amenities provided a much-needed downtime. The indoor pool, gym, and sauna, though only accessible to guests 21 and older, offered excellent options for unwinding, especially after a busy day. We appreciate a hotel that understands the importance of both productivity and relaxation.

Best Rooms. The Richmond Hotel Nagoya Nayabashi is another solid choice. Nestled in the heart of Nagoya, we were within walking distance of both Nagoya Station and Sakae. This allowed us to easily access meetings and explore the city after work. Plus, the proximity to Fushimi Subway Station, just a four-minute walk, made sightseeing a breeze, allowing us to visit Nagoya Castle and Vantelin Dome Nagoya without any hassle.

What truly impressed us was the room’s functionality as a workspace. The bright lighting, expansive desk, and dual monitors transformed the room into a comfortable and productive environment. The free, reliable internet connection was also essential for our work, and the spacious desk easily accommodated our laptop and paperwork. We loved how everything catered specifically to business travelers like ourselves.

Furthermore, the hotel offered several amenities that enhanced our stay. We appreciated the coin launderette, luggage storage service, and paid massage. We also loved the Italian cafe with street views.

Best for Big Events. When it comes to convenience, the Nagoya Marriott Associa Hotel is hard to beat. How could you not love this hotel? It’s directly connected to JR Nagoya Station! Navigating the city was a piece of cake, and the proximity to the Kokusai Center subway station made getting around even easier. Additionally, Nana-Chan Mannequin is only a short walk away, so make sure to check it out.

For our conference needs, the hotel’s facilities were top-notch. The state-of-the-art AV technology in the Nagoya conference rooms ensured our presentations went smoothly, and the group check-in process was incredibly efficient. On top of that, the Towers Ballroom is huge enough to accommodate up to 1,500 guests. Talk about large-scale events.

Enough about the business amenities. When you’re here, make sure to dine at Restaurant Mikuni Nagoya on the 52nd floor. We loved the French cuisine and panoramic views. We also enjoyed the traditional Kyoto specialties at Tsuruya.
