Hotel Nord Nuova Roma
11
Kicking off this list is Hotel Nord Nuova Roma. One of the things that we loved the most during our stay was the convenient location. We were just a short walk from Termini Station and key attractions like the National Roman Museum. Its close proximity to public transport also allows for easy access to meetings and events across the city.
The hotel features three modern convention halls equipped with modern technology. These spaces come with projectors, advanced audio systems, computers, and comprehensive internet and media connectivity. This emphasis on technological infrastructure guarantees that business events proceed smoothly and efficiently.
Another reason why we added this hotel to this list was its extra amenities, which can enhance the business travel experience. The hotel offers a complimentary buffet breakfast, which we really enjoyed. For leisure time, there’s a gym, lounge bar, and seasonal roof garden.
Also, did you know that Hotel Nord Nuova is also listed as one of the best family hotels in Rome?

H10 Palazzo Galla
10
Located in the historic center of Rome, the H10 Palazzo Galla is one of the favorites among travelers. However, today, we’ll cover the business amenities. Compared to other hotels, we agree that this hotel has fewer meeting rooms. There are only two, but we do think that each of them is well-equipped and designed with functionality in mind.
The meeting rooms offer private street access along with a digital display system for smooth presentations. This dedicated meeting area allows for focused sessions away from the usual hotel hustle. In addition to that, the hotel also has a rooftop terrace with stunning city views, which provides an impressive setting for more casual networking opportunities. This area is great for hosting cocktail receptions or aperitifs.
During our stay, we particularly enjoyed the chic lobby bar. It was a great place to have a quick drink or even quick meetings. Also, we were only 8 minutes away from a tram stop. Hotspots like the Roman Forum and Trevi Fountain were within easy reach.

Crowne Plaza Rome St. Peter’s
9
The Crowne Plaza Rome St. Peter’s easily stands out among all the business hotels in Rome. With 13 meeting rooms and a total of 1,400 sq ft of versatile meeting space, this hotel can easily host any event. Though we didn’t personally use the meeting rooms, we did check them out during our stay and were blown away, especially by the Fori Imperiali room.
The Fori Imperiali room on the ground floor is the biggest meeting room, which can accommodate up to 500 guests. This spacious venue enjoys natural light and offers direct access to the hotel parking lot, making it perfect for big meetings and presentations. You can take advantage of the facilities too, which include a dedicated LED wall, reliable Wi-Fi, a flip chart, as well as some refreshments like mineral water and sweets.
Furthermore, the Crowne Plaza also provides extra amenities. We were glad we decided to dine at the restaurant, and for the best experience, choose one of the tables on the terrace. We also loved having a drink at one of the bars and taking a dip in the outdoor pool.

Eurostars Roma Aeterna

Set in a historic building, the Eurostars Roma Aeterna offers great value for the money. Though the location is a little bit far from the main attractions, we were still able to get around easily as the Roma Termini railway station was a short drive away. What about the business facilities, though?
This hotel boasts a variety of meeting rooms. These modern, well-equipped spaces are located in both the hotel’s main building and a striking glass Convention Center nestled in the central courtyard of the palace. The largest room, the Palatina Room, can host up to 300 guests.
Throughout our stay, we were also pampered by the complimentary amenities, one of them being the breakfast buffet. We also loved having dinner at the on-site Italian restaurant, which featured a lovely terrace. Other amenities include a bar and a gym.

The Tribune

The Tribune is another hotel that you should highly consider. This Rome business hotel is well-equipped to meet the needs of business travelers with its dedicated assembly room. During our visit, we managed to check it out and were left impressed. It can comfortably host up to 30 seated guests or 40 standing, making it ideal for various corporate events. Of course, you can expect advanced audio and video equipment. We were also awed when we found out there were refreshments, including coffee, along with specially curated lunch or dinner menus.
Also, let’s appreciate the aesthetics! The assembly room’s Art Deco design, enhanced by elegant artwork and vibrant colors, creates a stylish and engaging setting. This aesthetic allows the space to be versatile, accommodating not just traditional business meetings but also more casual corporate events like networking sessions, product launches, or smaller celebrations.
For business travelers, the assembly room is a key feature, but it’s not the only thing the hotel is proud of. We also enjoyed the hotel’s location, as we were able to access public transportation easily. Who says Parco dei Principi Grand Hotel & SPA is only for spa lovers? This luxurious hotel is also well-equipped to handle many kinds of business needs. We were honestly surprised when we found out that there were many spaces for small and large meetings or conferences on-site.
Among all of the business facilities, one of the standouts is its ability to host large groups comfortably. Many of the meeting rooms are specifically designed for sizable gatherings. The largest of these rooms, the Fernandes Room, is particularly noteworthy. With a separate entrance and the capacity to seat up to 900 people in an audience-style setup, it offers a magnificent backdrop for significant events.

These include an elegant restaurant with beautiful garden views, a cozy bar for more casual meetups, and a cafe. To host a productive meeting or conference, you’ll need a proper place, and the River Chateau Hotel is one of them. It offers business travelers a cozy and productive environment. Here, you’ll find two conference spaces that cater to a variety of corporate events.

The Westin Excelsior

The Westin Excelsior is located on Rome’s iconic Via Veneto. This alone already makes it a great hotel, especially for business events. When we first visited the hotel, we were blown away by its blend of historical grandeur and modern functionality. And for meetings, the hotel has 12 unique event spaces in total.
Among all of the event spaces, the biggest venue can host up to 240 guests, which is big enough for big conferences like press events. Of course, there are smaller venues or meeting rooms too for smaller groups. Another notable highlight is the hotel’s cutting-edge Virtual Planner. This digital tool enables event organizers to take a detailed 360° virtual tour of the meeting and event venues.

Best Western Plus Hotel Universo

Best Value for Money. You don’t always have to be at a 5-star hotel to have a productive meeting. The Best Western Plus Hotel Universo offers business travelers great value for money. One of the main reasons why we chose to stay at this hotel was its central location. We were only a five-minute walk from Roma Termini Station, and this can be a huge plus for others, too.
The hotel features a dedicated Congress Centre, which is a significant advantage, offering 5,704 sq ft of meeting space. This includes 10 adaptable meeting rooms that can host up to 700 delegates. Huge conferences? No problem. Additionally, on-site parking makes it easier for those driving to the venue. The hotel clearly understands modern business needs, as seen in its technological amenities. Each meeting room comes with complimentary Wi-Fi and state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment, including a new LED wall.
And in between those meetings, you can relax in the sauna too. We loved sweating it out in the sauna after working out at the fitness center. Additionally, there’s a Turkish bath, too. What about the room? We opted for the Deluxe King Room. While this split-level room wasn’t the biggest, it sure was comfy and did the job.

The St. Regis Rome
2
Best Luxury. The St. Regis Rome is one of the fanciest hotels in the city, and we think everyone can agree on that. While we loved pampering ourselves by enjoying the world-class amenities during our last visit, it’s actually a great place for corporate events too, and its business facilities largely live up to this claim.
With a remarkable 9,332 sq ft of event space spread across 10 unique rooms, the hotel provides flexibility for gatherings of all sizes. In addition, 7 breakout rooms offer plenty of space for smaller meetings and collaborative discussions, which are vital for effective business interactions. The largest venue can host up to 300 guests, making it ideal for larger conferences and presentations.
In addition to its impressive capacity, the hotel’s prime location significantly boosts its attractiveness for business travelers. Nestled between the Fountain of Moses and the Piazza Della Repubblica, the hotel enjoys excellent accessibility. We also appreciated being just a three-minute walk away from the Repubblica metro station. And when we weren’t venturing out, we would dine at the on-site restaurant or have a massage at the spa.
“With its luxurious hospitality and exceptional business facilities, we’re not surprised if St. Regis Rome is seen as the number one hotel in the city by some.”
