The proximity to the Belvedere was also nice for a bit of post-conference sightseeing, though the Prater was a bit further out.

While we were there, we utilized one of the larger meeting rooms for a presentation, and the state-of-the-art technology and flexible setup were impressive. The mobile partition walls allowed us to customize the space to our needs, and the overall ambiance was conducive to a productive meeting. The staff was also very helpful in ensuring everything ran well.

Finally, we loved to spend our time at Bar Franz Ferdinand. We appreciated the Viennese coffee specialties and the selection of cakes, perfect for a quick afternoon pick-me-up. The evening atmosphere was also enjoyable, with a good selection of cocktails and wines.

Its location is superb, directly across from Belvedere 21, which offered us a lovely green space to decompress after meetings, and the proximity to the tram made navigating the city a breeze. The short walk to the Belvedere palace complex was also a bonus, offering a glimpse of Viennese history and beauty.

The meeting spaces were the highlight of our stay. We utilized the creative studio, and the flexible setup and modern amenities allowed us to conduct our meeting seamlessly. The sheer size of the event space, 2,200 sq m, means this hotel could handle just about anything, from small team gatherings to large-scale conferences.

Beyond the business facilities, the hotel offered excellent amenities for unwinding. The contemporary restaurant provided delicious meals, and the rooftop bar offered stunning views of Vienna. Our dining experience at the Doubletree was also a highlight. The traditional Austrian breakfast was a great way to start the day, and the regional cuisine offered a genuine taste of Vienna.

Staying at Le Méridien Vienna, a gay-friendly hotel in Vienna, we were right in the beating heart of the artistic city. We were able to have quick access to not only meetings but also cultural experiences. Our room was spacious and newly renovated, providing a comfortable workspace and a relaxing haven. The roomy bathroom, in particular, was amazing, as it was huge and clean.

The meeting facilities were another highlight. With 11 event rooms, including a large space for up to 300, the hotel could easily handle a range of corporate needs. Best Concept. It’s safe to say there are no other hotels quite like the magdas HOTEL Vienna City. Stepping off the train at Wien Mitte, we were relieved to find the hotel was just a short walk away. When we first arrived, we were in awe. The hotel has a unique, upcycled vibe that’s hard to ignore. It’s refreshing to see a hotel that’s both stylish and environmentally conscious.

For this trip, we needed a space for a small team meeting and a dinner. magdas delivered. They have two function rooms, a chapel (yes, a chapel!), and their restaurant, magdas LOKAL. We had about 15 of us, but they could host up to 90. The terraces and the garden were a real plus, especially for those much-needed breaks between sessions. Fresh air in the city is always a bonus, right?

What really stood out, though, was the social impact aspect. This hotel is a social business, and every booking supports their mission of integrating people who have faced challenges in the job market.

For a business trip, the essentials are non-negotiable: good location and reliable Wi-Fi. Thankfully, this hotel in Vienna nailed both. Being close to the event locations was a huge time-saver. Plus, the Wi-Fi was seamless.

We actually held a small team meeting in one of the two seminar rooms. Natural light is a real deal, and it kept everyone more engaged. Our meeting was nothing but productive. The fact they offered event packages with organic, regional snacks was also a nice touch.

Breakfast was also a highlight. We had a proper buffet with quality, organic products. It’s so much better than the usual generic hotel breakfast. We also loved the afternoon tea and cake. That’s not all! Between 3 and 6 PM, you can expect free tea and homemade cake, too.

Best for Conferences. The Hilton Vienna Waterfront is a business hotel that checks all the right boxes. First off, getting here from the airport was a breeze. 20 minutes on public transport, and we were pulling up to the hotel. That’s a huge plus when you’re dealing with jet lag. Checking in was smooth, and the river view from our room was genuinely amazing. Waking up to the Danube was a nice change from the usual city skyline.

The real test, of course, was the conference facilities. We had booked one of their 13 modern conference rooms, and we were surprised. Natural daylight is a must for long meetings, and the A/V tech was top-notch. We also utilized the outdoor space for a breakout session, which was great, even in the cooler winter weather.

The hotel itself has a unique vibe. It’s definitely more urban and casual than your typical Hilton. The waterfront restaurant and bar were perfect for relaxing after a jam-packed schedule, and the outdoor spaces were super cozy. We needed a place that was both central and quiet, and we were glad we found the Mercure Hotel Raphael Wien. First of all, the location was fantastic. Being so close to Mariahilferstrasse meant we could easily grab dinner at a variety of restaurants after meetings, and when we had a bit of downtime, the shopping was a definite plus.

The boardroom was a major highlight for us. We wanted a space that could accommodate our clients, and it was spot-on. It was bright, well-equipped with modern technology, and having terrace access was a nice touch. It made our meetings feel a bit less stuffy, and we were able to have productive sessions.

The hotel itself was comfortable. Though we were busy, we made sure to squeeze in a quick workout session at the fitness center. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a lot of variety. But we also highly recommend exploring the nearby local cafes.

We booked a seminar room for a day-long workshop, and we have to say, we were impressed. They’ve got rooms that range from decent-sized to quite spacious, and they handled our group of 30 with ease. Not to mention, all of the staff members were professional and helped us a lot.
