We were glad we had the chance to stay at the Sheraton Zürich Hotel. Yes, it’s not exactly in the city center. However, it offered us excellent tram access, which made commutes to meetings and the city’s major attractions seamless.

The standout feature for us was undoubtedly the hotel’s high-tech meeting facilities. The flexibility of the 8 event rooms, which could be configured for both independent and combined use, allowed us to tailor our meeting space to the specific requirements of our event. The expert advice was also invaluable in ensuring a productive meeting.

Apart from the meeting rooms, the hotel offered a pleasant dining experience with its Swiss restaurant, complete with a show kitchen and terrace. We also loved our time at the bar, which was a convenient spot for business talks.

We utilized the charming library lounge for some discussions and found the dedicated meeting room perfectly equipped for a productive strategy session. The highlight, undoubtedly, was the rooftop terrace, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the city.

Finally, the SILK Restaurant & Bar deserves special mention. Their commitment to sustainable seafood not only aligns with contemporary values but also delivers an exceptional dining experience. We appreciated the refined atmosphere and the quality of the cuisine.

Aside from the location, though, we also loved the rooms. Notably, the suites with conference tables provided a valuable workspace, allowing us to conduct impromptu meetings in the comfort of our room.

The event facilities at Kameha Grand Zurich are impressive, capable of hosting large-scale conferences or intimate gatherings. We were particularly amazed by the flexibility of the event rooms, which can be connected to accommodate up to 960 people. The state-of-the-art equipment and the attentive, friendly service also ensured that every aspect of our business events ran just as we wanted.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the personalized touch, including business cards featuring our address in Zurich. The hotel’s location, nestled in the heart of the old town and mere minutes from the financial district, was perfect for navigating our busy schedules.

When it came time for meetings, the Widder Hotel provided us with exceptional facilities. The meeting rooms, particularly the bright and spacious one overlooking Rennweg and Widdergasse, were perfectly equipped for our needs. The elegant cherrywood parquet floor made the whole vibe even classier. On top of that, the hotel staff were attentive and ensured everything ran well.

Another thing worth mentioning is the bar, a local favorite. It boasts an impressive selection of over 1,000 spirits and 280 Scottish single malts, offering the perfect setting for unwinding after hours of meetings.

Arriving via the short boat ride from the main station, we really loved the scenery. The location, straddling the business district and the more eclectic Langstrasse area, was surprisingly convenient, offering us easy access to both meetings and local flavor.

Productivity was well-supported thanks to the reliable high-speed Wi-Fi and the co-working spaces. We particularly appreciated the Atelier, a versatile ground-floor space that accommodated our small meeting perfectly. You can also use the Freiraum, a more formal meeting room for up to 60. The complimentary bike hire was also brilliant, allowing us to navigate Zurich’s streets efficiently between appointments.

However, this gay-friendly hotel in Zurich isn’t all work and no play. The quirky train-spotting sauna provided us with a unique relaxation experience, and the events, such as the artist-in-residence talks, added a cultural dimension to our stay.

It made our airport transfers and city commutes efficient. What’s more, the proximity to the old town and shopping districts also allowed us to squeeze in some much-needed downtime between meetings.

The hotel’s unique cinematic theme also gave us a unique business experience. The meeting spaces, including the bar, cinema, and Director’s Room, were not only functional but also visually captivating. This created a memorable backdrop for our meetings and networking events.

Finally, we have to talk about the breakfast. We loved how the hotel focused on locally sourced ingredients, fresh pastries, and unlimited barista coffee and organic tea. Talk about being generous!

The B2 Hotel Zürich is a standout business hotel Zurich has to offer. Formerly a Hürlimann brewery, it’s now a modern city hotel. The innovative design, particularly the towering library with its beer bottle chandelier, created an unexpectedly inspiring work environment.

Speaking of which, the variety of workspaces, from communal tables to secluded armchairs, catered to our diverse needs. They ensured we could focus and work effectively. The readily available power sockets, quality coffee, and snacks further enhanced our productivity, making it a truly functional and engaging space for business travelers.

However, the heart of the hotel has to be the rooftop thermal pool. It was our favorite spot on the property to relax. The views from up there were mesmerizing. Also, the hotel is only a quick 20-minute stroll down to the lake. Another opportunity to witness Zurich’s natural beauty!

Greulich Design & Boutique Hotel

Best for Informal Meetings. We found the Greulich Design & Boutique Hotel to be a refreshing departure from the typical business hotel. Stepping into the hotel felt less like arriving at a corporate establishment and more like entering a stylish, welcoming home. Its location in Zurich’s creative quarter provided us with a vibrant and inspiring atmosphere. While slightly removed from the city center, the quick and convenient bus and tram access made navigating Zurich a breeze.

The hotel’s thoughtful amenities catered perfectly to our needs as business travelers. Starting our day with a calming yoga session overlooking the serene birch garden was a fantastic way to de-stress before diving into work. The versatile restaurant, which can also be turned into a workspace, was an ideal spot for both focused work and informal meetings. However, the real highlight was returning to our two-level courtyard room. The unique setting, within a former factory, offered a distinct and memorable experience. The combination of modern design and industrial charm created a relaxing atmosphere, allowing us to recharge.

The Central Plaza is another remarkably convenient business hotel. Its location, directly adjacent to the main railway station and along the picturesque Limmat, is certainly a major perk. Also, the fact that it has been serving guests for over 141 years speaks volumes about its commitment to quality.

For our team meetings, the hotel provided excellent facilities. The two meeting rooms, the Boardroom and the Colonial Room, were both stylish and well-equipped, catering to different meeting sizes. The Colonial Room, in particular, was perfect for our larger group, accommodating us comfortably.

Beyond the practicalities, the hotel also offered a pleasant respite after a busy day. We enjoyed the unique atmosphere of the Kings Cave grill restaurant. The Central 1 restaurant and bar was also a welcome space for both casual meals and more formal dinners, enhanced by the live piano music in the evenings.

Placid Hotel Design & Lifestyle Zurich

First of all, its location in the Zurich-West business district was particularly advantageous. It offered us easy access to the city and a vibrant food market for those precious moments of downtime.

Furthermore, the hotel’s commitment to modern business needs is evident in its smart, digitally operated coworking spaces and meeting rooms. We also appreciated the flexibility of booking options, from daily seats to monthly desks. In addition, we also explored the conference rooms. There are 8 in total, and they ensure seamless meetings. On top of that, the Intermezzo restaurant also doubles as a free coworking area.

Don’t just work! If you decide to stay here, make sure to use the fitness center. We loved working out there as it was well-equipped, allowing for a quick workout. But if you’re not the type to lift weights, feel free to enjoy the lovely city panoramas from the higher floors.
