Crowne Plaza Riyadh Palace
11
The first Riyadh business hotel on this list is the Crowne Plaza Riyadh Palace. Its location in the Ministries district was incredibly convenient for our meetings, and the short drive from King Khalid International Airport was a welcome relief after a long flight. We also appreciated being within reach of cultural landmarks like the King Abdul Aziz National Museum.
Our team utilized their recently refurbished conference rooms, and we were genuinely impressed. The flexibility of the spaces, accommodating a wide range of group sizes, was a significant plus. The dedicated events team was also very responsive, handling all the logistical details with efficiency and professionalism.
When we did manage to carve out a few moments for ourselves, the hotel’s leisure facilities provided a much-needed respite. The outdoor pool and Jacuzzi offered a relaxing escape, and the fitness center was well-equipped for a quick workout.

Warwick Al Dabab Riyadh

When we first arrived at the Warwick Al Dabab Riyadh, we were immediately impressed by the staff. They were genuinely helpful and readily accommodated our requests. They also recommended plenty of spots to visit. Speaking of which, we loved being only 40 minutes away from King Khalid International Airport.
The hotel has four event spaces, and they were all we needed. They were all functional and comfortable. We appreciated the well-coordinated furnishings, which provided a professional setting for our discussions. The availability of these meeting spaces within the hotel itself was a major convenience, saving us valuable travel time.
Moreover, the dining options were satisfactory for a business trip. The daily buffet-style breakfast provided a quick and efficient start to the day, offering a decent variety of choices. In the evenings, the à la carte specialties offered a more relaxed dining experience.

DoubleTree Suites by Hilton – Riyadh Financial District

The DoubleTree Suites by Hilton – Riyadh Financial District is another reliable choice for business travelers. Its proximity to the King Abdullah Financial District is a major plus, cutting down on commute times for meetings. Plus, being located along Northern King Road means easy access to other parts of the city, and we appreciated the hotel’s location relative to nearby seasonal activities.
With over 4,000 sq ft and 11 rooms, the hotel’s meeting spaces can accommodate a variety of needs. We particularly liked the option of indoor and outdoor spaces, and the daylight seating areas made for a more pleasant and productive environment. The variety of meeting space options made it easy to find a suitable space for our team’s needs.
Beyond the business amenities, the hotel still has a lot to offer. The fitness center and indoor pool were great for unwinding after a long day of meetings. The sauna was a nice addition, too. Meanwhile, the Levantine restaurant offered delicious meals, and the Jama Lounge was our favorite spot to relax and have a casual meeting or a drink.

The Holiday Inn Riyadh The Business District was exceptionally well-suited for our business needs. The hotel has two entrances, with a separate event entrance that streamlined our experience. Once we entered the space, we found not only banquet halls but also modern meeting rooms.
Our board meeting in the ground-floor Board Meeting Room was a resounding success. The technology was state-of-the-art, and the furniture was both comfortable and professional. We also noted the well-designed lobby and private executive offices, all adding to the professional atmosphere.
The hotel’s location on Airport Road was also incredibly convenient. Being just 10 minutes from King Khalid International Airport made our arrival and departure easy. When talking about the best business hotels in Riyadh, we have to also talk about the Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh. First of all, this hotel is set within the iconic Kingdom Centre tower. It’s safe to say that the hotel is an attraction in its own right. Even Christiano Ronaldo had called this place home!
Furthermore, we also felt that the hotel’s extensive event space was a significant advantage. With over 7,000 sq m dedicated to meetings and events, we found the facilities to be top-notch. The high-tech meeting spaces were well-equipped, and the banquet services were exceptional. What’s more, the staff was incredibly professional and attentive, ensuring every detail was handled seamlessly.
Finally, the views from our room, perched high above the city, were simply breathtaking. Looking out over the vast expanse of King Fahd Road, we truly felt like we were at the heart of Riyadh.

Hyatt Place Riyadh Al Sulaimania
6
The Hyatt Place Riyadh Al Sulaimania, as the name suggests, is located in Al Sulaimania. This is an upscale neighborhood that offers easy access around the city, which was a benefit for us since we had a tight schedule. Also, we loved being in a more refined area.
Moreover, the hotel’s indoor spaces were excellent. They were modern and comfortable, and the staff really did manage every detail. The pre-function area was perfect for quick breaks and meals, allowing us to keep the momentum going. We’ve been to hotels where the meeting spaces feel cramped or outdated, but that wasn’t the case at all.
When we had a bit of downtime, we took advantage of the outdoor swimming pool and the gym. It’s always nice to have those options available, especially after a long day of meetings.

Aloft Riyadh Hotel
5
Best Budget. We found Aloft Riyadh to be a surprisingly solid option, especially considering Riyadh’s often-inflated hotel prices. If you want something affordable but works, this is it. For us, this business hotel in Riyadh was a practical choice that didn’t break the bank, particularly during a peak travel period when other hotels were outrageously expensive.
Our primary need was a space for a small team meeting, and Aloft Riyadh delivered. The 5 event rooms were ideal, and the largest one, accommodating up to 30 people, was perfectly sized for our needs. The provided Wi-Fi and AV equipment were reliable, ensuring our presentation went perfectly.
When we weren’t working, we would take a dip in the pool or lift some weights at the gym. However, you should note that there are separate hours for men and women. The on-site car rental was also a convenient feature, simplifying our transportation needs.

Jareed Hotel
4
Best Boutique. Boutique hotels are a rare find in Saudi Arabia, and Jareed Hotel truly felt like a hidden gem. Located just a short distance from Riyadh Park, it offered a much-needed respite from the usual corporate hotel experience. The intimate setting and thoughtful design immediately set it apart.
What about the meeting facilities? The on-site Private Office was perfectly equipped for our meetings. The 25-person boardroom was ideal for our team, and the workstations and lounge provided a comfortable space for individual work and informal discussions. We also found the Living Room, with its stylish design, to be a great spot for casual co-working and quick meals.
Our room, more akin to a stylish apartment than a standard hotel room, was a welcome change. The added touches, like the pillow menu and Hermès toiletries, demonstrated a commitment to luxury that we greatly appreciated.

Marriott Riyadh Diplomatic Quarter
3
The Marriott Riyadh Diplomatic Quarter is a refreshing change from the typical city hotel. The 2019 opening brought a modern touch to the area, and it was hard not to notice the relaxed atmosphere. Seeing both men and women enjoying the pool was a welcome sign of a more progressive environment, even if just a small one. It made the stay feel less rigid and more comfortable, which is crucial when you’re spending long days in meetings.
For our company’s regional conference, the Marriott’s event facilities were exceptional. The 9 venues, totaling over 747 sq m, offered a lot of flexibility. We utilized the grand ballroom for our main sessions, and the picturesque gardens provided a perfect backdrop for our networking events.
The location of this hotel was also convenient. Being in the heart of Riyadh’s business district meant easy access to meetings and appointments. The proximity to Kingdom Tower, OUD Square, and Granada Mall also gave us options for downtime and exploring the city.

The St. Regis Riyadh
2
Best Location. The St. Regis Riyadh is one of the most luxurious hotels in the city. In fact, it’s the only hotel inside Via Riyadh. Once we landed and got settled, we were able to browse high-end boutiques easily. No need to worry about Riyadh traffic when you’re nestled right in the heart of it all, but in a very contained, luxurious bubble.
For our meetings, the hotel was perfectly equipped. We needed a space that could handle a decent-sized presentation, and with 6 event rooms and 5 breakout rooms, we had plenty of options. What’s more, the largest room can host up to 400 people. And, of course, the high-speed Wi-Fi access was crucial. We all know how frustrating it is when tech glitches interrupt a presentation. Thankfully, that wasn’t an issue here.
Now, let’s talk about the St. Regis touches. The 24/7 butler service was a definite plus. Need something printed at 3 AM? Done. A quick ironing before a big meeting? Handled. It’s those little things that make a difference when you’re on a tight schedule.
“With its impeccable location and thoughtful amenities, this hotel is a truly welcoming place to stay.”

Fairmont Riyadh

Best 5-Star. If you want to stay at an opulent hotel, consider Fairmont Riyadh. Being in Business Gate, this hotel was everything we wanted and more. We needed to be in and out of meetings across the city, and the fact that we were never more than 15 minutes away from other major business hubs was a huge convenience.
Now, about the meeting facilities. We were hosting a small conference, and we had over 4,500 sq m of space to utilize. There are 10 meeting rooms in total. Meanwhile, the boardrooms were well-equipped and professional. The ballroom, while we didn’t use it for our event, was indeed magnificent, as advertised. On top of that, the dedicated conference concierge and the banqueting options were also top-notch, making the whole process much smoother.
Since the meetings were exhausting, we decided to spoil ourselves at the Fairmont Riyadh Spa, which was all about tailor-made relaxation. It was a proper escape and a chance to recharge. We also loved our afternoon tea at the Savoy Lounge.
